Pizza ottima e personale gentile. Una pecca però. Prenotazione per le 21,30. Se i commensali del turno precedente hanno terminato e perdono tempo in chiacchiere i titolari del locale devono invitarli " gentilmente" a lasciare il posto ad altri. Altrimenti perdono di serietà.

Well, I have already spoken about Pizzeria La Vecchia Gioia and one can only repeat good things (!). Appetizing and valuable appetizers, the pizza always excellent. Hospitality and friendliness guaranteed. It has always been one of "our" reference places (one of the two or three in the area that have always excelled; if you want I can point to the other two). The only flaw (really the only one), takeaway, at the same time as table service, which sometimes interferes and lengthens waiting times (!) The only solution is to "get to the table early"(!). Happy tasting everyone. July 2022, a Saturday; I confirm the excellent impressions already reported. Only the prices, a little increased. End of October 2022, Saturday: delicious pizzas, fast service (!), excellent beer, top appetizers. Everything (even) improved. Excellent dinner. August 2023: crowded, long wait for pizzas... and the rest. Always excellent pizza, prices slightly adjusted upwards. Still a good place, though. November 2023: everything still excellent and appetizing. The pizza chosen tonight was truly amazing.

One of the best pizzerias in Gioia del Colle. Friendly and helpful staff, genuine pizza with first choice products. Rustic, warm and welcoming place. Affordable prices, nice and friendly owner. I will definitely go back.

A historic pizzeria where you can enjoy various types of pizza but above all very good: with mushrooms, mozzarella including buffalo mozzarella, ham, vegetables. Particular are the chips and panzerottini, excellent variety of desserts. Fast service and professional staff.

I found the environment welcoming and characteristic which recalls the old Apulian traditions. Each dish is simple and freshly prepared using ingredients that are not very elaborate and right for the place where you are eating it. The menu boasts numerous pizzas from the traditional to the more particular white and red ones which I found very tasty especially in the digestible dough and thick enough but not too much. While waiting, I recommend the fried scraps and potatoes accompanied by various sauces such as pink sauce, pepper sauce and stracciatella. The prices are normal and considering the place I was satisfied with everything. I'll be back

The internal environment transmits heat and the external one is elegant We ordered the pizzas and they arrived in 15 minutes (very fast service) The pizza with Neapolitan dough is delicious and the one with 7-grain dough is superb Highly recommended and we will return as soon as we have more time

13/10/2024: Wir waren am Abend zu meinem Geburtstag in diesem Lokal. Ich hatten drei Wochen vorher über Instgram an das Restaurant geschrieben, dass ich gerne zu meinem Geburtstag einen Tisch reservieren würde. Dieser wurde mir bestätigt. Als wir ankamen gab es keine Resvierung. Nach einigem hin und her gabe es dann einen Tisch für uns. Man muss aber auch dazu sagen, dass leider wenig Konversation möglich war da unser Italiensch sehr gering ist und genauso wenig das Englisch von Seiten der Kellnerinnen und des Gescäftsführes. Das Lokal ist ein reines Fleisch-Lokal, deswegen hatte ich es auch ausgesucht. Wir wählten beide Black Angus. Leider gehen die Fleischgößen erst ab 300 Gramm los was zumindest für viele Damen ein Stück weit rausgeschmissenens Geld bedeutet. Als wir fragten, ob wir bitte Saucen wie z. B. Chimichurri, Salsa Saucen oder Knoblauch- oder Kräuterbutter bekommen könnten wurde dies verneint. Es gibt das Fleisch nur mit Meersalz, wurde uns geantwortet. Dazu werden kleine gekochte Kartoffeln oder Gemüse gereicht. Meine Freund hat damit kein Problem, er mag auch genre Fleisch ohne besondere Beilagen. Leider war es für mich extrem langweilig. Ich hatte keine große Freude an meinem Abendessen. Ich habe dann die Hälfte meine Fleisches sogar bis nach Deutschland mit nach Hause genommen und zu Hause aufgeppt. Dann war es für mich sehr lecker. Das Fleisch ist wirklich sehr hochwertig. Alles in allem fühlten wir uns nicht richtig wilkommen geheißen im Guyat Enobistro. Für € 170,- Endrechnung hätte ich mir doch eine wenig mehr Engagement gewünscht.
24/08/2024: Absolutely excellent experience. A small but welcoming and well-organised place, the wall of wines is a particularly suitable gem for the place. The meat/cut is delicious and the other dishes are equally good. We did a tasting itinerary and also had a good wine pairing.
