Very good pizza, welcoming place.

Delicious food, a little slow in service

We happened upon it by chance, passing by, not feeling particularly happy, and I must compliment you on the excellent pizza, from the dough, the mozzarella, and the rest, to the kindness of the staff. It's also a good place to be. I must say, we went early during the week, and the price is absolutely reasonable for what we paid, of course. We found normal doughs, Neapolitan and 7-grain, Neapolitan pizza but not at all chewy and very digestible. I also tried the 7-grain and I must say it was excellent, besides the little pieces of ceccio at the beginning, the pizzas arrived together, and the various varieties of beer. I would go back if I had the opportunity. I had a seafood pizza with salami, including wild boar (that's what the menu says), mushrooms, zucchini, and shrimp. Another also had the buffalo mozzarella, for example, white. Between the Italian lager and a dark beer—I think the bottled version is German—and a small bottled Coke they use for 12 euros per person with a cover charge, I imagine.

Amazing place! Good energy! Food was so so great, also there were good vegetarian options! The service was really good, All the waiters were so nice and spoke English which we appreciated! Good prices for good quality food! Definitely recommend coming here if you are around!

The pizzeria is delicious, in fact it's perfect. The only problem is that the placemats stink like hell. The pizza is also too runny, but all in all, it's a wonderful pizzeria.

Upscale pizza and friendly owner

Based on other reviews, I expected a 5-star experience, but it fell short. We made the reservation on time, and the dining room was beautiful, but we suffered a bit from the heat. Despite being only two people, after trying the excellent fritters (pupi), the wait for the pizzas was considerable (an hour), so the beer got warmer than it should have been. Furthermore, the sauce bowls served with the pupi arrived with smudged edges... I would improve the presentation to avoid even thinking they were already used; perhaps additional single-serving sachets would be more welcome. Overall, the pizza was good, but far from my standards. Beyond what may be subjective tastes (thick/thick pizza, crispy/chewy), I can't help but criticize the toppings: both pizzas produced a lot of fiordilatte water in the center... one in particular was extremely salty due to the capocollo. Average quality/price ratio, lactose-free supplement €2, Neapolitan dough €1.

Nice pizzeria in the center of Gioia del Colle, good pizza and a great selection on the menu. The only problem is that at the beginning of the evening, the Neapolitan dough isn't available because there's little demand. Either you don't order it, or it's not available at the end of the evening, not at 8:15 PM... and anyway, I find it hard to believe that in a pizzeria, authentic dough isn't appreciated.

The restaurant is located in a central area of town, making it easy to find and convenient for a post-dinner stroll. The service was quick and accurate; we ordered pizzas, and they were all well-topped and cooked to perfection. The only downside was that we were in a part of the dining room where there wasn't much ventilation, so we suffered a bit from the heat. However, the outdoor seating seemed very comfortable. Excellent value for money; overall, highly recommended.
