The internal environment transmits heat and the external one is elegant We ordered the pizzas and they arrived in 15 minutes (very fast service) The pizza with Neapolitan dough is delicious and the one with 7-grain dough is superb Highly recommended and we will return as soon as we have more time

Unfortunately the tagliata wasn't quite as good as usual. Too fatty, chewy and dry. Otherwise, as always, everything was TOP

Beautiful and well-kept environment, excellent Giannetto pizza, if I have to find any cons, inside in the summer it is very hot and the only air conditioner with the door open does nothing, eating outside is definitely recommended. Very kind waiters, average bill.

Old Joy. Historic place, which after decades is confirmed and improved. Safe place where you can taste excellent pizza and many other local delicacies. Professionalism and friendliness are at home here thanks to the owner Giovanni who takes care of the room and coordinates an excellent team. The location is at the top, both in winter and summer, when you can enjoy its splendid atrium located between the manor buildings of one of the most historic streets of Gioia del Colle. I highly recommend it and congratulate the owners.

Excellent and particular pizzas, full of imagination, kind and competent staff, the only flaw, understandable, there is always a queue and a reservation is necessary, when there are a lot of people it can happen that you have pizza with little mozzarella

13/08/2024: Absolutely the place of the heart, to return to (even often) and always an emotion and a beautiful discovery. Francesco, an excellent host who always welcomes you with a smile and enchants you with his stories, in the kitchen his brother Vincenzo with his ethnobotanical cuisine brings the flavors of wild herbs and the scents of the Murgia park to the table, making you awaken memory with its cuisine, flavors that now only in this magical place will you be able to rediscover, in a certain way they take you back to the kitchen of our grandmothers. See you soon ❤️
30/07/2024: We zijn vier dagen in de villa verbleven met onze drie grote kinderen. De villa is prachtig. Het restaurant is subliem. Alhoewel we geen vegetariers zijn hebben we genoten van de vegetarische keuken van Francesco en zijn broer. Het ontbijt was bijzonder; zowel de setting in de tuin met mooi gedekte tafel en bijpassende muziek, als voor wat betreft de gerechten. Het 7-gangendiner was een topbelevenis. Je zou er speciaal voor naar Italie reizen. Dank aan het team en speciaal aan Alfedo voor de mooie verhalen en gastvrijheid.

07/08/2024: Fabulous evening location (Giovinazzo marina under the tower). Very good food, recipes with innovative but very enjoyable incursions. Impeccable service, I didn't pay but a good starter, a first course and a good bottle, Approx. €50/person. But, deserved!
