Pizzeria La vecchia Fornace In Siror

We arrived for dinner. The waiters were very friendly, and the place was average. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses. The cured meats were good, but I would have preferred a variety of cheeses. There were only two that weren't bad, but I expected better. We then ordered pizzas. The ortolane were loaded with vegetables (which according to the menu were supposed to be grilled), which wasn't a bad thing, except they looked more like boiled vegetables than grilled. As for the dough, I wasn't expecting anything different; I understand we're in the mountains after all. For dessert, they served profiteroles. I've had better, but it's still a dessert! If you want a simple meal, it's fine. Prices are average.

I come here when I'm on vacation. The pizza is good and delivered quickly, and the staff is polite. The space is large enough to accommodate large groups and there's no crowding. Reasonable prices.

Discovered by chance during our stay in San Martino, we enjoyed their lunch service. I wasn't expecting such a beautiful place; the exterior is unremarkable, but the interior is very spacious and beautifully decorated! Tasty, high-quality food, excellent service, and fair prices! Historic setting in San Martino, very pleasant and spacious, with generous tables and very comfortable seating. Management has changed a few times in recent years. A few days ago, we had dinner at a lovely table next to the pizza oven. Everything was fine 🙂, but the pizza chefs' constant loud scolding of the waiters certainly didn't make a good impression... 🤭

Peccato per il.parcheggio che quello contiguo è davvero piccolo e abbiamo dovuto girare un pó per cercarlo. Il servizio è stato quasi sempre super veloce e sempre molto cortese ed educato .su questo proprio bravi!!il mangiare anche ..molto buono ..la pizza mi è piaciuta molto. Il.locale è molto ampio ma sono stati bravi a donare comunque un'aria intima all'interno. Prezzi onesti.
