25/11/2025: My wife, I, and some relatives dined at this large restaurant serving traditional Marche cuisine, with a beautiful fireplace, located along the road in Casette Verdini, a hamlet of Pollenza in the province of Macerata in the Marche region. This restaurant has a beautiful fireplace at the entrance and is spread over two floors, and we sat at a beautifully set table on the ground floor. A generous and varied buffet of side dishes is served at several tables, with a wide selection of traditional Marche dishes. We ordered First courses: 1 polenta with crostini and sausage 3 polenta with hare Second courses: Mixed grilled meats Desserts: 2 lemon sorbets 2 trifles Everything was truly delicious, plentiful, good, welcoming, competent, friendly staff, attentive service, fast, and fair prices.
