Pizzeria & Jazzclub Barone Rosso In Spinea

Pizzeria that I used to frequent many years ago, completely renovated in style, super elegant inside and beautiful and suggestive outside garden. Pizzas with top quality ingredients, exceptional artisanal desserts, with a presentation worthy of true gourmets. The only flaw is the service that needs improving, we sat down and were able to order the pizzas after 35 minutes, including drinks, and since the temperature was above 30 degrees we definitely needed water. Waiting time therefore exactly one hour from when we sat down, even though it was a Thursday evening and the place was not full. The waiters are very young and inexperienced, that's why they are very kind, but more coordination is needed from the staff above... shame because 'I would like this aspect to improve to also give the service 5 stars!

Last night we celebrated the birthday of two family members in their eighties in the Barone's garden, after a terrible day of heat that was making us give up. The pizzeria's garden was impeccable: renovated, cared for in detail and above all very fresh thanks to the trees with rich green foliage and the fans scattered among the guests. The staff, kind and professional, served delicious dishes... the party was saved. Barone Rosso, an oasis of peace and taste. Truly grateful, Roberta

Doughs leavened to perfection, fresh and quality ingredients, great variety with some very successful types of pizza created by them. In an award-winning pizzeria excellent pizza, friendly and helpful staff, pleasant summer garden. On some dates there is live music

Nice outdoor area, young but fast service. We had a schiacciata, dry but ok... and a couple of pizzas with buffalo mozzarella. It's not my favorite dough but I have to say it was very digestible. I noticed few pizzas with cured meats but prices as if there were vegetables and cheeses instead. Green or smart choice but the whole thing didn't convince me.

Let's start from the assumption that I don't like pizza, but yesterday at dinner I finished it all, not because I was hungry, but because the pizza was delicious. The dough was light, the quality of the products excellent, and fresh. The dessert was perhaps what I liked the least, for me too sweet, but for the rest I can't say anything else, I was very satisfied. The staff was kind and professional.

Ho cenato in questa pizzeria con un gruppo di amici e dato che il locale si trova anche a pochi passi da dove abito, ci vengo spesso. Secondo me una delle pizze migliori della zona: leggere, sottili, delicate e c’è una vasta gamma con abbinamenti nuovi e particolari da provare. La pizza non fa sete! E i prezzi sono nella media, forse leggermente alti rispetto ad altre pizzerie, ma ne vale la pena. Il locale lo trovo accogliente forse unica cosa rivedrei la disposizione dei tavoli che sono secondo me un po’ troppo vicini. Nel complesso top!
