Pizzeria Ireale In Livorno

Welcoming place, informal, friendly, and pleasant service and staff. We ate fish and truly enjoyed everything. The price was fair and in line with the quality of the products and service offered. We'll be back as soon as we have the chance.

We're in Livorno for the weekend, and after asking where to eat, they recommended this osteria, which really surprised us. The location is welcoming and clean. The staff is super friendly, and the service is fast. Before they brought our order, they brought us some farinata, which we loved. As appetizers, we had the mixed seafood and the anchovies and burrata, all truly delicious. We continued with the spaghetti with mixed seafood, which was truly amazing; we loved it. Then we tried the fritto misto (this one was good, but perhaps a little greasy) and the pizza alla matriciana, which we all fell in love with! All washed down with the house red wine, which went down really well. The price/quality ratio, I'd say, is more than fair. Truly a great discovery!

The pizza was really a tissue paper with few ingredients...slow service...a shame because the place is very nice

Nice place, but a bit noisy, with a bit of a sloppy service. I found the pizza quality to be average; it doesn't have a great crust. I had the "regali fii," which was a bit unbalanced; all you could taste was the fig jam, which overpowered all the other flavors. In my opinion, the pizza prices are a bit too high.
