TO EAT AND EAT First time we visit this place and the choice between round, stuffed, sliced ​​and special pizzas is wide. We opted for the shovel and took three pizzas with two flavors each, with burrata, with dried tomatoes, with potato cream, with rigatino and with many other ingredients that blended together with harmony and taste. The light, crunchy and well-aerated dough, a little lower than the usual shovel but better because it gives you the opportunity to try other flavors without crashing. The service is performed by all young guys, a little awkward but so spontaneous and kind that it becomes a pleasure to have them around. The price is more than correct and deserved. We went to dinner with grandma, I had a Pefforza, grandma a Flower Girl. Amazing pizzas, superb raw seasoning, kind and very helpful waiters. For dessert I had a berry cheesecake, delicious! Grandma instead opted for the Fisher cup. All in all, excellent pizzeria. More than a year later I can say that the quality has not changed, in fact perhaps it has increased, The receptionist (the friendly Mariangela) always welcomes us with a big smile and even if grandma is no longer here :'(, it's nice to rediscover together a good pizza made with heart by Siro and Gianmarco (the two boys in the pizzeria).

Starting from the easily available and spacious parking under the beautiful olive trees in a typical Tuscan rural context. The pizza is delicious with the crust just the way I like it, made with care and in "a thousand" variations. Good prices which however increase a lot (but always in a dignified way) when you go to the particular ones. The service is excellent, the guys serving the tables are kind and very efficient. If you are in the area of ​​Chiesanuova or San Casciano and want to eat a good pizza while spending the right amount, I' Pinolo is certainly worth it. Advised

The inside of the restaurant resembles a cafeteria dining room, the outside area is simple and tasteless. Due to the hall atmosphere, it was incredibly loud inside. The service was a bit confusing. First she forgot to bring my drink and then she served us the wrong pizzas. She was also unfriendly and not customer oriented. Overall, we were given the impression that tourists are not necessarily welcome here. The pizzas tasted excellent and were very reasonably priced (ham and mushroom pizza: 7.00 euros). 99% of the existing guests ate pizza.
