30/09/2025: During a business dinner with friends, I had the pleasure of discovering a veritable kingdom of traditional Lucanian cuisine, guided with passion and skill by the great Maestro Rocco, the owner of the house and creator of dishes that express his homeland. An experience that successfully combined simplicity and authenticity, conveying unique and sincere emotions, hard to find elsewhere.
