21/07/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at Rosa Dei Vento, and it is a must and absolute highlight for anyone visiting Trani. Nestled along the picturesque waterfront, this charming restaurant offers not only stunning views but also an exceptional culinary experience rooted in the rich flavors of the Adriatic. I opted for the mussels and clams, and it was nothing short of outstanding. The freshness of the seafood was immediately apparent – the mussels were tender and flavorful, and the clams were delicately briny, perfectly cooked and served in a light, aromatic broth that allowed the natural flavors to shine. Every bite tasted like the sea in the best possible way. My wife had the sea bass, and it was equally impressive. Cooked to perfection, the fish was moist and flaky with a crispy skin, delicately seasoned to bring out its full flavor. It was beautifully presented, showing the attention to detail that sets Rosa Dei Venti apart. The service was absolutely excellent – friendly, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and were well taken care of throughout the evening. We also enjoyed a selection of drinks and wine, all of which were carefully chosen and complemented our dishes beautifully.
