Pizzeria in San Salvario with great service and really good pizzas, they are thin and easy to digest. I recommend!

Thin or classic quality pizza. One of the best in SanSalvario. Excellent and fast service. Small interior but the outside under the wing of the market is well protected from possible storms and cool with several tables. Reservations are required. Definitely worth a try.

Unquestionably excellent pizza but the real distinctive element is represented by the constant high level of quality. You can't be disappointed compared to the previous time.... and it's not such an obvious circumstance when you return to a place. It means always paying close attention to the ingredients and preparation times of the food. Compliments

Now a regular stop. We discovered this little place a year and a half ago, and now we can't do without it every time we're in town. We are a couple from Rome and we are very picky about pizza, and Rospetto never disappoints us, with its low and crispy pizza in true Roman style. Another gem is the hot tarte-tatin with ice cream. The staff is kind and attentive, and the service is super fast! Highly recommended!

Osteria Al Tagliere

09/06/2025: Ordered Fassona ribs and agnolotti. Fabulous rib, agnolotti as per tradition. The staff is super helpful and kind. Fair prices. They have both inside and outside seating.
30/05/2025: Good overall - nice and authentic osteria. A little pricey for the quality of the food and service.
