I went to Il Portico pizzeria on Wednesday evening and was truly satisfied. I tried the Carmela pizza, with tomato, corte d'assise sauce, fried meatballs, and basil, as well as a Margherita with baked potatoes. I also tried the skin-on French fries and the carbonara frittatina, but that was the only dish I wasn't entirely sold on due to its somewhat bland flavor. Finally, I finished with a truly excellent tiramisu. Everything else was impeccable: the flavors were well-balanced and the presentation was meticulous.
The staff was also friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant.
The prices are average, but the quality of the dishes makes them more than adequate.

The pizza was good and very well topped, the service excellent, and the location beautiful. In my opinion, the only thing that could be improved was the dough; I found it a little chewy. The waitress, Amanda, was kind and patient—very important qualities in this job.

Great experience from start to finish! Our waiter Filippo was friendly and attentive, and Chef Alex made one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had—perfect crust and incredible flavor. Fantastic service and delicious food. Highly recommended!
