Excellent pizza, the service, in short, a bit awkward. It's worth it regardless since the pizza is super, of course it now has its cost too, unfortunately the prices have risen along with the pasta😁

When I come to Torre, although in Rome where I have lived for 20 years we eat excellent pizza by the slice, Il Gufo is an obligatory stop. Its flavor and tastes are truly unmistakable... enough to make even the most adventurous dieters' mouths water!! Fragrant, super seasoned and of great quality.

30/12/2024: We approached it because of the scent coming from the road parallel to the entrance (remarkable) and we reached it. Very popular, we took the receipt and went to the counter. The staff, all busy, didn't ask anyone who was there first, but served the customers randomly regardless of their arrival... naturally the rudeness of the customers is well known and no one dreamed of losing an unduly acquired priority. We politely waited for them to notice us and reported the unpleasant incident. The operator promptly apologized and made amends by serving excellent products. Well done, but we recommend equipping yourself with mechanisms to manage the queue. Advised
29/12/2024: I had a non-alcoholic aperitif with appetizers. After some time they served us a generous aperitif. When I returned home I didn't have lunch
