Excellent ingredients, quiet atmosphere Service a bit lacking

The three of us ate, 2 adults and 1 child, 1 appetizer, fries with fondue 👍, two pizzas, and a calzone with water and coke. Nice place, not too crowded, well-distributed, and moderately reserved. Everything was good, but we waited a bit for the pizzas.... In one, however, you could count 4 little pieces of mushrooms 😔.... definitely. Still, recommended. Average prices, around 22 pp.

We chose I Viziosi because we were looking for an original and unique experience: we wanted to learn how to make sushi using local Sicilian fish, and our expectations were far exceeded. My partner and I had the opportunity to learn the basic techniques for preparing uramaki, hosomaki, nigiri, and futomaki, all in an engaging atmosphere. The chef is truly skilled and manages to convey his passion for his work. The experience was not only educational, but also extremely fun! A pleasant activity that I highly recommend, especially since our three-hour lesson (at a more than reasonable price) was reserved just for us. A truly fantastic experience, I would happily take the advanced course! But first, I'll study what I've learned at home! See you next time!

These are truly the best pizzas I've ever eaten! We went twice, and we couldn't find anything better in Palermo. Thank you to Angelo and Rita, who were absolutely lovely.

I have to be honest, we found this place months ago by mistake while looking for something else. And I'm glad I made the mistake that night. It's truly a great discovery; it's the third time we've been there with my boyfriend. It's a small and cozy place, with wonderful people. The food is top-notch. Highly recommended if you want to relax while eating well.
