Pizzeria Gorizia In Napoli

I wasn't thrilled with the pizza; it arrived with the fiordilatte already hard, probably because it wasn't served right out of the oven. The zuppa inglese was good, but there was no trace of Alchermes liqueur. The bathrooms were very clean, although the stairs could be swept more often. I had the impression that it's become more of a tourist restaurant than it used to be.

The young owner is terrible, he is so arrogant and rude, he is unique in his genre, for the rest I can't complain.

Pizzeria Gorizia 1916 in Vomero is easily accessible and offers authentic Neapolitan cuisine. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We enjoyed two pizzas that perfectly captured the classic flavors of Naples. We were completely satisfied and highly recommend Gorizia 1916. We’ll definitely be coming back!

There were five of us, and everyone was extremely satisfied. Whether it was pasta, gnocchi, calamari, salad, or wine, the bread, apparently homemade, was remarkably good. The bottom line is that the bill is actually a bit higher than expected, but that doesn't detract from the quality of the food...

I'm a longtime customer of this place, having frequented it since childhood with my family. I hadn't been there for a while after the renovation, and, alas, I must say: the waiters have always been unfriendly, and they've remained that way, if not worse. They pay zero attention to the customer; they almost annoyedly assign you a table and set it for you. They don't ask what you want to drink, they bring water directly, you finish your meal, and then leave your dirty plate in front of you for ages... Since we were assigned a table far from the entrance, practically on Piazza Vanvitelli, it was difficult to even reach them with a glance, especially since they were almost always on their phones, minding their own business. Furthermore, in the evenings, the outdoor tables extend well beyond the restaurant's exterior, so I expected greater care to be taken of those spaces as well, but no: we practically ate amidst dirt and wild grass growing on the side of the road, which, in my opinion, they should remove, given the non-existence of a municipality. No complaints about the food.

We were not impressed with the food, we had pasta that was undercooked and far from al dente. The staff seemed disinterested, not making any effort to serve the guests. Unfortunately, the experience was not worth the money.

They recently renovated, the place still looks like it was from the past, the food is good, the staff is friendly, the prices are fair for the food they offer.

My favourite pizza in Naples. This place is unbelievable and tops all other pizza places in town.

Top pizza! High-quality, flavorful ingredients, Neapolitan-style dough (chewy and light). I recommend trying it!
