Pizzeria Gorizia In Napoli

We made a reservation, arrived a little early, but were seated anyway. However, a waiter, having ascertained that we were there for the pizza and not the restaurant, told us that the reservation was only for the restaurant, not the pizza. He also added that they had "definitely" already told us this over the phone. Of course, that wasn't the case. The owner tells him that's fine, and he approaches, starting with a "quick-quick." He barely gives us time to read and presses us with a pad and pen in his hand. Hearing that two of us are only drinking water, he doesn't even listen to what the others want and leaves... I have to call him back to tell him I wanted a beer. You shouldn't treat people like that because they won't spend €100 each. This behavior doesn't live up to the pizzeria's reputation.

A true Neapolitan atmosphere! Great food! Delicious pasta, fantastic pizza, and turbot with pasta is a wonderful culinary experience! We dined here many times during our vacation in 2026.

A real treat! We ordered two specialty pizzas, both excellent, especially the 1916 and the double calzone. The service was professional and efficient, with a few reassuring words of French for us tourists.

Excellent pizza, good service, unfortunately the place is always crowded and so the only available seats are outside, on the street. You practically eat with strangers next to you. The only shame, if you don't want to wait an hour.

Excellent pizza, just as it should be, far removed from the tacky fads and trends of recent years. Perfectly cooked, the dough is light and sings in your mouth. Elegant location on one of the city's most beautiful streets.

A historic restaurant in the Vomero neighborhood of Naples. Its famous pizzas, prepared with excellent ingredients and in full respect of tradition, are a must. However, even the other dishes are exquisite. Something to try is the pasta with Genoese sauce, prepared with stuffed meat and onions. Try it and leave a comment. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Excellent and elegant service with no frills but real quality. I would recommend it for dinner, but also as a perfect lunch retreat during a morning of shopping.

A traditional pizzeria and restaurant in the heart of Vomero. I had a buffalo mozzarella pizza, while my companions had a side of vegetables, mozzarella, and fried fish. Everything was delicious and fresh. All reasonably priced, especially considering it's located in the heart of one of the city's most upscale neighborhoods. Keep in mind that it's best to arrive early because it's always crowded.
