Everything was delicious, the parmigianella was a spectacle, octopus bites were truly excellent, not to mention the spicy one which was out of this world, super good💯💯 top!!!!!

Good pizza and appetizers, friendly staff, the only flaw was that there were three of us but the third pizza arrived after 20 minutes, they need to coordinate better.

Highly recommended! Delicious pizza, sunny and welcoming staff. Even though we arrived at closing time, they welcomed us with open arms and a genuine smile. Go there!

Best pizza i ever ordered. The people who work here are the nicest persons you will meet in Firenze. Not expensive and absolutely the best experience. Tip: try the rooftop bar but don’t forget to reservate a table. It’s worth it!

Great service and suuuuper good food. We had the octopus as starter, a pizza and the cheesecake dessert and were really happy with our choice, although all the other dishes coming by also looked fantastic.

Very good pizza, the best among all the pizzerias in the center of Florence. Now a fixed point to eat real pizza. Both the waiters and the pizza chefs are friendly. Truly everything is excellent

5 Stars – A Slice of Heaven in Florence! I had the pleasure of dining at Pizzeria Giovanni Santarpia during my trip to Florence, and it was hands down one of the best meals I had in Italy. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with that cozy, authentic Italian charm you hope to find in a local spot. As a starter we had Bocconcini di Mare, so delicious bites. The pizza? Absolutely phenomenal. The crust was perfectly thin and crisp on the outside while still soft and chewy inside – clearly made by someone who knows their dough. We tried the La Caterina which was bursting with flavor and made with incredibly fresh ingredients. Small wine list but seems the wines are carefully selected. We tried the only one roze in the list and was exceptional. Service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. If you're in Florence and craving pizza, Pizzeria Giovanni Santarpia is an absolute must. It's a place where the passion for food shines through in every bite. I’ll be dreaming of that pizza until my next visit!

LOCATION: elegant and well-kept, with simple but tasteful furnishings. Ideal for both couples and groups. Always busy, I recommend booking a table in advance! MENU: Delicious! A wide range of appetizers, pizzas and desserts, so much so that you can't decide what to order because you'd like to try everything. We ate as an appetizer: -Montanarina Gourmet: with mortadella, burrata and pistachio, -la Cicchetta: mozzarella with zucchini hummus, stracchino and capocollo, -la Parmigianella: pasta omelette with aubergines and provola, Instead for pizzas we had: -Estiva: cream of zucchini, mozzarella, bacon, burrata and parmesan -La Caterina: margherita base with raw ham, fresh cherry tomatoes, pesto and crispy parmesan wafer -Norma: margherita base with sautéed aubergines, flakes of salted ricotta and parmesan. For dessert, pistachio tiramisu and babà with gianduia cream. The dinner, from appetizer to dessert, was delicious, everything was truly exquisite! The pizza dough was light as a cloud, highly digestible. SERVICE: young, prepared, smiling and easy-going, well done! BILL: we used a €100 voucher and had to pay an extra €7.50. Money well spent, everything excellent! Really compliments for the raw materials used, for the welcome and the harmony inside, one of the best pizzerias in Florence and the surrounding area, if not the best! I will definitely go back.

C'è poco da fare, la pizza di Santarpia resta la più buona che ci sia... Ogni tanto leggo qualche strana recensione, evidentemente di persone che non conoscono o non apprezzano la pizza napoletana, altrimenti non si spiegherebbe... Io solo solo che la vera pizza napoletana è questa. Ed è favolosa... Questa volta ho optato per una Calabrese, con pomodoro, mozzarella fiordilatte, spianata calabrese e polvere di olive... : eccellente. Mangiata con gusto e digerita alla grande...

locale posto nella periferia fiorentina, non quello che all'apparenza è un bel posto, una tsrada ad alto traffico, niente verde intorno, nessun parcheggio ma..... SORPRESA! locale carinissimo, accogliente, personale di sala giovane e gentile. Servizio ottimo veloce ed attento. Antipasti top, consigliatissimo il cracker salato. Pizza top del top, noi abbiamo preso quella con impasto giallo, buonissima!! Dolci buoni, prezzo giusto. Bagno pulito. Bravi!! Ci torneremo
