Pizzeria Fermete Chi In Borghetto di vara

One of my favorite places. I'm from Umbria and have been there at least four times every time I'm in the area. Fermete Chi has become a must-stop for satisfying my farinata cravings! The place has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Walter, the waiter, is sure to make you laugh. He's incredibly friendly without ever going over the top! Thanks Davide for your hospitality and advice. Dinner with my father and son. We tried a portion of farinata and three pizzas. Everything was good. The pizzas had nice toppings. Excellent value. The desserts were also good. The place is small but clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I recommend it.

Very good pizzas and simple, carefully prepared home cooking. Highly recommended, especially for those like me who always travel with their dogs: the place is very welcoming to small friends. Convenient parking and proximity to the highway toll booth make it ideal for a break even during a road trip.

Found by chance while returning to Tuscany, a simple and welcoming place with fair prices and excellent pizzas and farinata.
