Domenico is not only serious and professional, but also very attentive and precise, even to the most complex requests. Every pizza he makes is exquisite, but if I may venture a guess, I'd recommend two things: - 1: The gourmet pizza of the month, they're all delicious and incredibly satisfying. - 2: If, like me, you love the perfect balance between sweet and savory, try his Gorgo e Pere... I ask for it plain and with less mozzarella, but with plenty of the two aforementioned ingredients. The result? A gastronomic spectacle, and if my stomach wasn't limited, I'd eat three at a time!!!
