This pizzeria is a must-try every time I visit the plateau with my family. Unfortunately, during busy periods, the wait can be a bit long, but that's normal, as with any restaurant. I've tried many pizzerias, but this remains the best of all. The dough is very light and easy to digest.

We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance as it was the only one that closed after 9:30 PM. We made a reservation 20 minutes in advance for four people. Alessandro greeted us with great kindness and warmth. We ordered an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses and were offered a focaccia to accompany them. The cured meats are exceptional, melt-in-your-mouth, and the cheeses are delicious. We ordered four pizzas, with excellent dough and ingredients. When it came to dessert, even though we were very full, we were persuaded to order three tiramisu. All the desserts on the menu are homemade, even the biscuits inside the tiramisu! The tiramisu was delicious, with a soft, not-too-sweet cream that never makes you sick; we could have eaten endless amounts. Alessandro stayed with us to tell us about his passion for cooking, given our curiosity. We had a great time; it's a place created by people who have been guided by love and enthusiasm for their profession.

It's been a long time since I've been to this pizzeria, and I have to say it's always a great experience. The pizza is good, although it made me a little thirsty. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming. The dining room is very warm. Excellent service and value for money.

Solo pizza night after work. I ordered my favorite: prosciutto and burrata. As always, the ingredients are top-quality and carefully selected. The pizza here is a guarantee. I tried the new artisanal gelato made by the owner, in dark chocolate and hazelnut flavors. Without taking anything away from the other homemade desserts, the gelato is the bomb. You have to try it!

We stopped for lunch by chance. We opted for the bigoli, described as the house specialty. The portions were generous and the dish was tasty. My only complaint was the prices, which I found a bit high for a simple first course.

The pizza itself isn't bad, though perhaps the composition and dough could use some work, as, for a pizza chef, it leaves a lot to be desired. The dough, however, is good. Unfortunately, the downside is the payment, where you're forced to make a single bill, Roman-style at best, with (as the lady at the cashier said): "If you use POS, you make a single payment." Perhaps the lady lacks basic math skills, but she certainly lacks courtesy.
