We often go to Dora, in Spert, a small and enchanting village! We are passionate about pizza made with wholemeal dough and here at Dora we have found our main reference! Mariella, the creator of a dough that we consider superlative, takes care of ingredients, processing and perfect cooking with scrupulous expertise! What can I say!
