We often go to Dora, in Spert, a small and enchanting village! We are passionate about pizza made with wholemeal dough and here at Dora we have found our main reference! Mariella, the creator of a dough that we consider superlative, takes care of ingredients, processing and perfect cooking with scrupulous expertise! What can I say! Top marks for this extraordinary pizzeria!

Simple and welcoming environment, very helpful staff. The traditional dough pizza is very good, but personal taste, the whole wheat dough is not worth the 2 euros of addition. I will definitely go back!

21/07/2025: Exceptional value for money, from appetizer to dessert, everything was homemade! I had a seafood appetizer with salad and spaghetti with clams, everything delicious, fresh, and plentiful. Congratulations!
19/07/2025: On our wedding anniversary, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism, the food was excellent, and it was an experience we'll definitely repeat. Highly recommended!

10/07/2025: The pizza arrived quickly and was well-made. Service was polite and fast. I considered the pizza to be only average; I've had much better. I just wouldn't consider boiled sausage as a topping. But the taste was still okay.
09/07/2025: Good restaurant, friendly service. We arrived promptly at 7 p.m., but at 8:30 p.m. there was a wait. The food was delicious, very plentiful, and delivered quickly. Good quality and very good value for money.
