One of the few pizzerias in Emilia-Romagna serving pizza comparable to those made in Naples (though it can never be identical, partly due to the ingredients and raw materials). High crust and top-notch dough, many other Neapolitan specialties on the menu. Best to book, as it gets crowded on weekends. Otherwise, takeout is the alternative. Recommended for those who want to experience the pleasure of a pizza made to perfection but find the dining room full. Very friendly staff.

This was my first time here, and I have to say the pizza dough is good. The place is on two floors with air conditioning. The fried foods are good, especially the pasta frittatina and the mozzarella in carrozza. The pizza was good, but the vegetable one was bitter, especially the eggplant. The fried pizza was good. The babbà was dry, barely moist.

"Amazing pizza, without a doubt the best in the area. Special mention goes to the staff: they were so kind, they even gave us a piece of their homemade bread and a dessert for my daughter.
P.S. The bread is incredibly good!

I went on a weekday evening in the summer. The place isn't very big and is quite basic. The staff were very friendly, and the pizzas were excellent, both in terms of toppings, flavor, and digestibility.
Definitely worth trying again.

In Piacenza, we definitely found the best pizza, but also the best atmosphere. Donna Sophia isn't just a pizzeria: it's a place where you feel welcomed, pampered, and, ultimately, even a little at home.
A special thanks to Carmine, a fantastic manager and an excellent pizza chef... I'd say one of the best I've ever encountered. His passion and skill shine through in every pizza. And then there's Dona, his girlfriend, whose smile, kindness, and courtesy make table service a true experience.
I truly recommend everyone go at least once and try the Bufalina pizza: I can say without hesitation that it's the best I've ever eaten. And let's just say I know a little about pizza... 😉

Excellent Neapolitan pizzeria (all pizzas have a high crust). The service was top-notch; I dropped a napkin, and the waitress brought me a new one without me asking. We ordered four bruschettas, a Parma, a Margherita, a glass of wine, a beer, two bottles of water, and a babà for dessert (a true Neapolitan babà). We spent €52.
I recommend this place, especially for the pizza.

The pizzeria was recommended to me by the B&B where I was staying.
I arrived Monday evening around 9 pm. I was alone, and they sat me down on the veranda.
They gave me the menu, and I started reading it.
I had chosen a fried pizza with sausage, broccoli rabe, and provolone, but when I ordered it, I couldn't order it because broccoli rabe isn't available in the summer, the girl explained (which really pleased me, their honesty and professionalism about the product they serve). So I changed and ordered a vegetable pizza with onions and anchovies, along with a Leffe beer.
The pizza arrived shortly afterward. Very beautiful to look at. I cut it and enjoyed it. Guys, it was delicious. An excellent Neapolitan pizza. I digested it very well.
Highly recommended.
The staff, made up of young people, were always helpful, kind, and always smiling.
It's a place I recommend. It's a place I hope to eat again!

We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance after exiting the highway. The staff were friendly and smiling, which is not a given these days! Truly excellent Neapolitan pizza, with fresh, tasty ingredients. Kudos to all the staff, and especially the pizza chefs, given the heat in front of the wood-fired oven. Very fair prices!
