Every time I visit Gargano, I make a stop here with my family. The paposcia is truly delicious, as is the pizza (which I tried due to a misunderstanding between me and the waitress): the dough is truly light and well-cooked. The only thing that could be improved is the service, but I don't mind that since it's a family-run restaurant; however, with some improvement, they would certainly be at an even higher level. If you visit Gargano, do as I do: make a stop here.

Excellent paposcia, well cooked and well seasoned. The service is fast and friendly. The place is simple, probably family-run. I definitely recommend it for trying this local specialty.
The paposcia del contadino (oven-baked and topped with pecorino cheese) is delicious, best enjoyed with cured meats on the side.

Terrific local pizzeria where, despite being tourists who speak little Italian (and are therefore not "local guide(s) as Google seems to think!), we were given a warm welcome and served delicious pizza (and nicely chilled local red wine). Service was speedy and the Vichese and Golosona pizzas, so good, we started to eat them before taking photos. The Vichese with so many fresh tomatoes, onion and grated Pecorino was memorable. We could see awards and cups on display and based on our experience these were thoroughly deserved. Thank you all at Paposcia Club!

Excellent pizza, above average! We got several special pizzas, some better than others, it depends on the combinations. The lady in the room is really friendly, always smiling and helpful. We will return, if only for his kindness, you really feel that it is a family-run place.
