On warm summer evenings, going up to San Martino to enjoy an al fresco dinner is always a good idea. We had fish first courses and a pizza, all good although the peaks of excellent goodness were not reached. Don't miss the ricotta puff pastry, an amazing dessert

I have been frequenting the Di Chiara restaurant for 60 years, today, as in the past, 4 of us had a good time eating excellent hot and seafood starters, the first courses were also excellent, and in particular the spaghetti with clams and sea urchins, lastly a good aricciola barbecue, and we finished with desserts and ice creams, all plentiful and of excellent quality. Excellent service, discreet and kind.

You breathe fresh air filled with the scents of the place and their good cuisine, it is not a restaurant but a UNESCO heritage site You enter a place that offers mystical experiences and if you don't believe me, try everything about the cuisine and then lose yourself in the cult of the panzerotto or the goodness of the ice creams of the baked cassatelle and all the desserts you present them enjoying the aroma of that good coffee and that's where you will be ready to ask yourself... when will I return? Good experience to you all

08/05/2024: The restaurant is a little dark because it is located below street level but in summer you can have lunch outside where there is a large pergola. The service is excellent, with many attentive waiters who run around a lot and work hard. Good food, good raw materials cooked in a simple way. We chose the fixed artichoke menu and it seemed good and plentiful. We had slightly higher expectations for the dessert. The price is a little above the average for the place, considering the type of menu.
25/04/2024: Eating in this place is synonymous with guarantee. But a small note. It's not plausible to queue to use the bathroom. I advise the friendly owner to expand the toilet battery, currently there are two, good for men and one for women.

Timilia - Pizza da Strada

25/12/2023: Lots of pizzas to choice from including Sicilian variety’s should satisfy everyone’s desire for a pie. Went on 2 occasions so we were able to try many items on the menu all very good . The gluten free dough was some of the best we experienced in Sicily. Great people watching. Friendly staff.
17/11/2023: Vuoi una pizza, in strada, nella movida, stratosferica? Timilia è il posto che fa per te. Posti all'aperto, pizza tonda o alla pala (preferisco la tonda!!!) C'è la pizza con crema di pistacchio e mortadella che ti accende le papille gustative come altre molto ricche e assortite. Ma anche la semplice margherita è superba! Non perdetevi Timilia!!!
