The pizza is not the best, the dough is partly burnt and partly raw, perhaps cooking too quickly dictated by a crowded evening. On the other hand, very short waiting times and impeccable service.

17/04/2025: Definitely a "good" place. We went for the much-vaunted fried food. Good but nothing exceptional. The fact of having to request offal (brains, liver) separately is a bit embarrassing for a Piedmontese like me. The real fried food and not the batter is appreciable.
