03/07/2026: Pizzeria Mundial is the neighborhood Michelin-starred restaurant, the heart of Piazza Bottini, a breath of relief for those like me who are tired of having to scramble to find a place that will simply sell you a slice of pizza and a Coke without trying to sell you an experience. Pizzeria Mundial is the true experience. It arrives in a difficult neighborhood in a way that the State hasn't. Going against the grain, selfless, halfway between a humanitarian mission and fast food, it does what every pizzeria should do: pizza. And it makes it good, unpretentious, without ingredients with exotic names to show off to justify exorbitant prices. They write them big and tall, not to brag but so everyone can read them, and they're low, and what you eat is finally worth more than what you spend: €3 for a nice slice of pizza from the many to choose from and €1.50 for a can. Thank you Pizzeria Mundial, you're not the pizzeria we deserve, but the one we needed.
