The low prices are a plus. The wait is short, so that's another plus. Unfortunately, the food was a bit of a disappointment. Sure, for that price in the city center, you shouldn't expect much, but my calzone was more like a KFC qurito, with very few ingredients, and even when hot, a lot of it leaked out. The portions are rather small. There are no restrooms on-site. You can eat your food at the restaurant using the limited number of chairs, but a better option is to take it out and enjoy the views of the city center. Overall, it's great that it's available and inexpensive, but in my opinion, it's worth going to slightly more expensive and more appealing places.

The pizza is fantastic, simple ingredients and truly authentic Italian pizza. Probably the best I’ve had during my trip to Sicily. Totally recommended!

The pizza is delicious, made fresh. It's packaged in boxes, so you can take it with you anytime. The person taking your order explains everything. We highly recommend it!

A very authentic place, with delicious pizza baked in a real oven and served in a box. If you're looking for pizza served on plates and drinks in glasses, this is definitely not the place for you. We went there twice during our stay – we recommend the Etna and Corrida pizzas.

07/06/2025: Arrivati per caso in questa trattoria perché eravamo di strada e affamati. Ci accoglie il proprietario chiedendo se sappiamo come funziona questo locale. Alla nostra risposta negativa ci è stato spiegato tutto ma la sorpresa è stata quando è cominciata ad arrivare una quantità industriale di antipasti. Tutto pesce,cotto,crudo,fritto...una meraviglia! Terminati gli antipasti non siamo stati in grado di mangiare altro. Abbiamo concluso con un buon sorbetto al mandarino. Qualità ottima e gentilezza da apprezzare. Grazie!
28/12/2024: Locale fuori dal centro, pulito e colorato. Abbiamo preso un menu fisso di pesce che parte da un grande piatto di pesce crudo per continuare con 6 piatti di pesce cotto e 2 primi sempre di pesce. Servizio rapido e molto cordiale. Compresi acqua, vino della casa, piccolo sorbetto, dolce e cafè. Da provare e riprovare per qualità e quantità. Prezzo assolutamente basso. Non so se hanno anche un menù alla carta.

22/06/2025: Very beautiful and well-kept event location, impeccable service and organization. Mrs. Nunzia is a very professional and friendly person who makes you feel at home. I recommend it 100%.
30/05/2025: We had the great pleasure to be part of a wedding here in May 2025. What a special place this is, a true antidote to the impersonal machine that is so much of the modern wedding industry. A stay at Castello Camemi is like visiting very generous and hospitable friends at their country house - easy, relaxed, nothing too much trouble and so much freedom to use the space and your time exactly as you wish. The rooms are HUGE and tastefully decorated with fantastic bathrooms. The food in the restaurant is excellent as is the wine list. There are a few touches which makes it feel slightly less than 5 star in the typical sense - no luxury/known-brand toiletries in the rooms, no turn-down service, no elegant bar area for cocktails (although they'll bring you a drink wherever you happen to be!) - but for me, the warm hospitality and uniquely intimate and relaxed environment more than makes up for these international standards. Most importantly of all the bride and groom couldn't have been happier.
