Can I have another one?
We finally decided to try this pizzeria. That's better! We arrive, they welcome us and make us sit, informal environment.
We order, the Pizza arrives for me and the Panuozzo for my wife. She takes the first bite and tells me: how good it is! I bite and tell her: how good it is! Yes it is really good, one of the best, a fragrant and meltable dough, tasty and light, what a scent... what a scent of Pizza. Such a pleasant scent that I couldn't resist and asked for another one... I ask the pizza chef, he tells me, I'll make you a red pizza with buffalo mozzarella not cooked... so you can taste the dough and taste the buffalo mozzarella. .. Imagine the result.
In fact, come and try it.
I better not think about it too much otherwise I'll go get one more....
At the end, chatting with the pizza chef, he explained a little about their dough... slow leavening, 72 hours, quality flours and... a lot of passion!
Anyway..
But how the hell do you make it so good!!!
