27/06/2025: A Home Away From Home - The Perfect Café! My wife and I were looking for a place to work remotely for a few days, and we couldn't have found a more perfect spot than Café Bar Oriente. This place is an absolute gem, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with incredible warmth. The atmosphere is wonderfully familial, and all the staff members are consistently friendly and welcoming. You can tell it's a well-run establishment, as the owners are always present, greeting guests with a smile and ensuring everyone is well taken care of. Their attentiveness truly makes a difference. For anyone looking for a "mobile office," this café is ideal. We spent our days working here comfortably, fueled by some of the best espresso we've had. Beyond the coffee, they offer a range of delicious delicacies. You absolutely must try the pistachio croissant – it's soft and has a generous, creamy filling. I also recommend trying the "Tette delle Monache" ("Nun's Puffs"), a delightful local cream-filled pastry. Everything about our experience was very good, right down to the clean restrooms. It’s a huge plus for tourists that some of the waiters are English-speaking and are all-around nice guys. We will definitely be coming back on our next visit.
