It has held high over the years, from generation to generation, the tradition of the authentic Roman quality pizzeria to which it adds tasty and light meat seconds for completeness. A must for anyone who happens to be passing by the Alberone area. Lots of substance and few frills, without risking unpleasant surprises at the time of the bill.

Historic pizzeria a monument of the Appio

A now historic pizzeria near Alberone, a point of reference in the area. Indoor seating but also a large outdoor space with tables that occupy the large sidewalk that hosts the local market during the day. The menu is that of a classic pizzeria, the pizzas are also good, everything else is without great pretensions. The service was approximate and disappointing, all young people talking to each other and chatting on their cell phones, without caring if the customer wanted to order something else or was missing some dish that they forgot to take the order to the kitchen. Parking in the area is not easy, the only advantages of this place are that I saw people arriving at midnight and still sitting down to dine and the prices, very cheap. There are certainly many things to improve.

Exceptional pizza, the service is so fast, almost as if they wanted to chase you away. Endless waits.

I returned after several years, I remembered a very good pizza, unfortunately it was not the same but still better than other places.

I returned to Bersagliere after a couple of years. I don't know what changed but I found the pizza to be rather disappointing. Probably a bad night otherwise the crowding wouldn't be explained. Postponed

I ordered two Diavola and one Capriciosa pizzas to take away. The service was very quick, even though the place was busy (on a Monday, full of local people (which is only a good sign!)). The pizzas were all delicious ❤️. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also very pleasant and vibrant and we will definitely come again.

Spesso veniamo in questa pizzeria per passare una serata tranquilla e mangiare un'ottima pizza. Prezzi giusti e servizio veloce. Consiglio la prenotazione.

Storica pizzeria, informale ed accogliente. Molto frequentata ma nonostante ciò ci hanno fatto accomodare all'interno, di sabato e senza prenotazione. Molto gentili, veloci e rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimale. La pizza classica romana è stata molto buona. Rispetto alle più classiche romane che siamo abituati a mangiare per la città, abbiamo notato che la differenza sta nella stesura: leggermente più alta. Intendiamoci: sottile ma non una supersottile. Non ci è dispiaciuto affatto anzi abbiamo gradito. La rende unica nel suo genere.
