I went with my girlfriend and the pizza is delicious. She said it's the best pizza she's ever had. The dried beef is delicious too, highly recommended.

Pancino is literally an institution for Pisa and the Pisans. A simple and warm place, with affordable prices and unquestionable quality. Criticizing a place like this is either biased and in bad faith, or it has real problems... like the guy who realized after half an hour that the oven wasn't wood-fired, or that other freak who needed a bag to carry the pizza on his bike. Frankly, there's no remedy for this; only the great consoler can soothe your inner torment.

1000/10. Highly recommended!!! The prosciutto is super delicious. Too bad we were left wanting more and they're not open on Sundays 😪

Piccolo locale vicino alla stazione, a cui non daresti una Lira ( o 1 Euro), sbagliando di brutto. Infatti Pancino ( tifoso da curva, del Pisa) fa veramente delle ottime focaccine. Ho provato i loro quartini di pizza e sono buoni, ma quello che ha veramente deliziato il mio palato sono state le focaccine. Veramente fuori di testa la loro specialità, la Caamoon: salsiccia (cruda!) mozzarella e Cecina, un’esplosione di sapori con un mix vincente, tra cui la salsiccia cruda a dare quel qualcosa di unico. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bravo Pancino e Forza Pisa!
