Small restaurant in Milan, well hidden and not very touristy: it's a real gem of authenticity. I traveled around Italy for several months and this is quite simply the best pizza I have ever had in my life. I don't say that to exaggerate. It's indescribable, and you have to go there and taste it to believe me. I don't know what the chef is up to but I've never had a pizza with such dough. Once again I'm not kidding, if you have the chance go for it.

The pizza is simply perfect: the dough is soft and well-leavened, with a perfect balance between crunchiness and softness. The ingredients are very fresh, and you can feel the love with which each pizza is prepared. The place has a welcoming and genuine atmosphere, which immediately makes you feel at home. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the service is quick despite the turnout (always high, a sign of quality!). I highly recommend trying their classic Margherita pizza, which enhances the authentic taste of the ingredients, and the seasonal specialties that always surprise. If you are looking for a true Italian pizza experience, Mimmo is a must! 🍕

What about the 10 best Milanese by the slice I would say second place, fantastic pizza, soft and crunchy at the same time, the slice always comes out hot and just right for an encore, top sauce and mozzarella, they are very kind and the price is exaggeratedly low, try it
