Very nice and characteristic place. Excellent and very light pizza, with typical ingredients of the area. Excellent quality of ingredients. Very comfortable, quiet environment, like being at home. They are all very kind and helpful. Vegetarian and gluten-free options. Also suitable for dogs, children and people with disabilities. I will definitely be back!

On a pris deux pizza avec un ami, une Bufala et une Gorgonzola. Elles étaient excellentes. Service rapide et efficace. Prix des plus corrects. Seul petit bémol : le "couvert" de 2 euros par personne, mais c'est une pratique courante en Italie ... Abbiamo mangiato due pizze con un amico, una Bufala e una Gorgonzola. Erano eccellenti. Servizio veloce ed efficiente. Prezzi molto ragionevoli. Unico piccolo neo: il "coperto" di 2 euros a persona, ma questa è una pratica comune in Italia...

Excellent pizza in a typical Aosta Valley restaurant, which is not afraid of the trends of gourmet pizzas and big city frills. The possibility of choosing the pizza dough is interesting!

Nonostante sull'insegna appaia Ristorante in realtà fanno solo pizza. Nel menu sono presenti diverse varianti con ingredienti di qualità e anche tipicamente locali. Pasta morbida (come piace a me) con un bel "cornicione" che io adoro. Prezzi nella norma e con buon rapporto alla qualità. Avrei mangiato volentieri un piatto di spaghetti dopo tanta polenta...lo farò altrove. Consigliato per chi ama la pizza morbida.

19/02/2025: We have visited the Moderno over many years and went there three times for dinner last week. The food is simple but delicious. It's a busy place so there is a lively atmosphere but we never felt rushed. The staff are welcoming and efficient. The two course set menu is fantastic value at 18 euros in the week and 20 euros at the weekend. The chocolate ice cream is wonderful and enough for two people. We have not tried the pizza but they looked good. We would highly recommend the Moderno for proper Italian food.

16/09/2024: Nice helpful people with delicious pizzas and other dishes. Dad still bakes regularly. Perfect! The pizzas are nice and "dry", the fat does not drip off. Even with the delicious diavola with spicy sausage. Very affordable and good service.
