Pizzeria da Giuliano In Milano

I discovered it three years ago and have never left. I've tried so many; I'm a lover of Milanese-style pizza, but I was always disappointed. Until I discovered Giuliano. It's a pleasure to come at least once a month. The pizza is truly delicious, with a dough that won't bloat you, and won't make you get up all night for water—that means the right flour, not overly refined. Quality ingredients. Fair prices. Seeing Mr. Giuliano among the tables is a pleasure: a calm, kind man, always smiling, from another era, with eyes that inspire emotion. His daughters mirror him: always well-mannered, elegant, and always smiling. Once you try Giuliano's pizza, you'll never leave.

At Giuliano's, it's a bit like going to a friend's house! You know your generous double mozzarella will never change. Crispy on the bottom and soft on top! And Orlando always brings joy!

We returned after almost forty years; it was the pizzeria we used to go to as kids, before we got married. The place is completely renovated, of course, but the pizza, fortunately, is exactly as we remembered it—simply out of this world. I don't think we'll wait another forty years.

How can I explain it? I'm not a big fan of deep-dish pizzas, but this one has my heart. Fresh ingredients, perfectly combined to your liking. I'm definitely still dreaming about the taste of this pizza (I've had it twice in 7 days).
