I have been frequenting this historic pizzeria in Milan for years every time I am in Milan, delicious pizza by the slice, I highly recommend it, one of the last Italian bastions in an area full of Chinese (oriental) restaurants that are absolutely worth trying.

Historic pizzeria in Milan in via Sarpi. Here pizza is served by the slice, the tall one, rich in mozzarella with a crunchy bottom and cooked in a pan. Pizza that survives various fashions: ultra-fine, crunchy, soft, Neapolitan, etc. Here they know how to do it and you come for that, if you want there are various dishes such as lasagna, tortellini etc. Highly recommended.

First time I tried Milanese pizza and I was pleasantly surprised, nice and tall with stringy mozzarella and at the same time crunchy at the base. Quick and courteous service.

Last night here with some friends. Even though it was Saturday lunchtime and without a reservation, they immediately found us a seat and served us in record time. Very high quality pizza in a very familiar environment. Highly recommended for groups of friends who like to eat a lot (and well) 10/10

Excellent pizza by the slice. Great experience. Speed ​​of service. Nothing special, nothing wow, but an excellent choice for those looking for a good pizza by the slice for lunch during a work break and dinner with friends in a cheerful atmosphere.

I used to go to Giuliano very often and it was truly one of the best, I went back after years and didn't find the same quality. We always talk about delicious food, for goodness sake, but I found it a little worse.

23/03/2025: We have often been to this pizzeria but never on Saturdays; here I strongly advise against having dinner during the weekend. We had taken the 9pm shift, instead of the 7:30pm one, precisely to avoid pressure and be more relaxed, well we sat down at 9:30pm and started eating after 10pm (they didn't clear our table and didn't invite the customers of the first shift to finish). Furthermore, the service was not very attentive and rushed (even some glasses were missing), too much confusion. There was an uncovered area on the veranda and water was passing through (it was raining cats and dogs outside) and it was cold.

10/03/2025: Excellent choice to enjoy a dinner before the theater. Well cooked dishes, perfectly balanced spicy aromas and flavours. I recommend the samosas served with accompanying sauces, the vegetable meatballs indicated on the vegetarian curries page, the coconut prawns and the inevitable yellow lentil daal...
