Pizzeria Da Gibba In Genova

It's a shame there's no longer a pizzeria in the center of Genoa (dai Rolli), but you can drive a few kilometers further; it's definitely worth it. Excellent pizza, thanks in part to the quality of the ingredients. The service is impeccable, both in terms of friendliness and quality. Must try.

The best in all of Genoa, or rather, Liguria...even better, if you've never been there, try it...the gluten-free pizzas are out of this world!!!! Great Gibba!

Very good draft beer. The interior is a bit cramped for all those tables, with even the other end of the table set for two more guests, as if we were at a festival. The pinsa-sized pizzas aren't quite to my taste, making them easy to slice with a pizza cutter; I would have preferred the classic size. The QR code menu, which I already don't appreciate, would have preferred to read the various specialties in large print. The service is a bit pushy; given the small space, they rush to vacate the table even though it's not full. Prices are in line with those in the city center.

Three stars because, being a pizzeria with such a reputation, they didn't have non-alcoholic beer or a takeout box for the pizza I hadn't finished, so they gave it to me in a package. Good pizza, shaped like a pinsa.
