Opening hours don't match Google, but that wasn't a problem for us. Delicious pizzas, a nice thin crust, ready quickly, and you can taste the fresh ingredients. Very affordable too.

One of the last bastions of traditional Pisan pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, with excellent ingredients, guaranteed quality, and guaranteed flavor. Don't miss the Cecìna (also known as farinata or torta), which has been the absolute best here for over fifty years. Served alone, in a schiacciatina, or with a quarter of a pizza, it's a flavor experience you'll remember forever. Don't forget to sprinkle plenty of black pepper on the Cecìna!!!! 😜

If you want to eat an excellent Cecina, you have to come here! The Pisan pizza is also exceptional. The staff is very professional and friendly. If you're going for dinner, the atmosphere is a bit spartan, but still tidy and clean.

We went here for a quick bite and beer before our next train. Nice workers. They were ok with me speaking English. Good pizza and good beer.

Arrived at Pisa close to 10pm. This restaurant was close to the hotel we were staying and was open till 11pm while many others around had closed. The food was fresh and the service and environment was great. Highly recommend this place.

12/10/2025: An evening with a table of about fifteen people. The atmosphere was informal, almost light-hearted, I'd venture. Good food and good wine. The menu was a bit limited. Typical cuisine.
18/08/2025: When you enter a restaurant and see a few tables, 9 and a half times out of 10 you have made the right choice. Trained and very kind staff, possibility of taking dishes and tasting menus also in vegetarian versions. Really good and well presented dishes! Wide choice of typical and non-typical wines. Highly recommended if you visit Pisa!
