The real Pisan pizza you absolutely have to try

This is a reasonably priced (4.5 euros for two pieces) and delicious pizza place. It's clean and has a nice atmosphere. There's a restaurant next door, but it seems to be run separately. I wish the dough was a little less greasy. It would be nice if they reduced the salt in the dough and sauce a little more, and placed salt and pepper shakers at each table. Friendly and courteous staff, exceptional pizza and unbeatable cecina

Looking for local specialties, I was recommended Pizzeria da Filippo for typical Pisan fried pizza and cecina. Okay, done! I decided to order and have it delivered. The downside was the wait, which was longer than advertised, but that's understandable. I obviously can't rate the atmosphere. Service 5 because I had a problem with the delivery and they fixed it very quickly and without any issues. I ordered the Margherita pizza (it's the pizza you should order to rate a pizzeria) and the cecina. Very good pizza (the tomato sauce was excellent), and the cecina too (but I don't have a comparison here). Excellent for quality/price/filling. Recommend it? Yes. Would I go back? Yes.

Truly excellent pizzeria restaurant, the service was impeccable thanks to a very kind, attentive and customer-focused guy. While we were waiting, he kept bringing us focaccia, a truly appreciated gesture. The pizza was one of the best I've ever eaten, unique and different from the usual but truly delicious. There were four of us and we ordered two pizzas and two main courses, the main courses were also excellent. The final bill was €60, excellent value for money, a place to definitely return to, highly recommended, pizza absolutely worth trying.

A historic place, as everyone says! It's worth visiting at least once. Or more!

We got it to go; one pizza cost about 8.5 euros, and it was delicious! 👍🏻👍🏻 The crust was really good. The only downside was that they didn't have pasta for dinner, only pizza.

One of the best pizzas I've had in Italy, freshly made, perfect crust and very friendly staff, we would definitely return!!
