A one-of-a-kind pizza. A dough that punctuates the dated atmosphere of the dining room with a crunchy crust. The carefully selected ingredients are excellent, featuring expertly balanced combinations to enhance the crispiness of the dough. The lack of attention paid to the service is disappointing: the spaces between the tables were used to the max, making the tasting experience impractical; the tablecloth was already stained with flour, even though it was still the 7:00 PM shift. But as mentioned before, that crunch makes up for everything and you can enjoy a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.

Delicious pizza and very professional service. A pizzeria worthy of a Michelin-starred chef, in my opinion, both for the quality of the ingredients and the unusual, yet extraordinarily effective, combinations. Dim lighting illuminates the table.

Definitely below my expectations. The pizza was definitely good and high quality, justifying the high price. What significantly lowered my rating were the desserts, which were of extremely poor quality, unacceptable in a restaurant of this standard! A tiramisu too soaked in Marsala and a hard millefeuille with a custard that didn't seem fresh—two unpresentable desserts!

This pizzeria stands out for its combination of quality ingredients, precise cooking, and a truly courteous staff: attentive, courteous, and professional from start to finish.
RADIC
Tomato, mozzarella, grilled sausage, Treviso radicchio, and shavings of smoked ricotta: a balanced combination, full-bodied without being heavy. A cleverly structured pizza.
WINTER THRILLS
Cabbage, grilled sausage, fried leek, and Piave Stravecchio DOP fondue. This is the most "technical" option: bold flavors that blend perfectly. Practically a gourmet dish on a pizza base.
NERO DEI NEBRODI
Gargano tomatoes, Agerola mozzarella, baked potatoes, artisanal pancetta, and DOP pecorino cheese. Rich yet balanced, comfort food done well: flavorful, rounded, and not overdone.
In short: a serious place, carefully prepared pizzas, impeccable staff. A pizzeria worth recommending.
