I know the place and also the owner, a very helpful person and very good both with the preparation of pizza and meat dishes. A rich menu of first and second courses and an infinite list of pizzas. Try his best pizza... let him tell you your name. Quality products and correct dough leavening. Possibility to also choose with mixtures of other flours. COMPLIMENTS.

Finally a pizzeria that managed to surprise me after a long time. Impeccable hygiene. They have kamut dough (alas too rare around) which allows the production of super digestible products. I also tried the wholemeal dough and I must say that the pizza chef managed to treat it very well: superb cooking, a low and crunchy classic Roman style pizza that maintains its structure without overwhelming the ingredients, while still making its delicate and welcoming taste felt. Splendid composition also in the kebab pizza: light and tasty meat, right proportion of ingredients and above all the classic iceberg salad was not used which is too often abused with kebabs and which however releases too much liquid. Another gem was the tasty, home-made chilli oil. Regarding the staff: nice and always present head waitress (which is not to be taken for granted given that there was only me in the room and often the fewer people there are the more neglected one is), another nice, helpful and friendly waitress printed a receipt for me regular (another banality that often escapes even the most renowned places) also showing me the possibility of home delivery. In short, whether you are in the area or not, it is a pizzeria that is worth trying at 360 degrees. Super recommended and I must admit that I will definitely return. Finalmente una pizzeria che dopo tanto tempo è riuscita a sorprendermi. Igiene impeccabile. Hanno l'impasto di kamut (ahimè troppo raro in giro) che permette la produzione di prodotti super digeribili. Ho provato anche l'impasto integrale e devo dire che il pizzaiolo è riuscito a trattarlo egregiamente: cottura superba, pizza stile classica romana bassa e croccante che mantiene la propria struttura senza sovrastare gli ingredienti, pur facendo sentire il suo gusto delicato e accogliente. Composizione splendida anche nella pizza kebab: carne leggera e gustosa, giusta proporzione degli ingredienti e soprattutto non è stata utilizzata la classica insalata iceberg che troppo spesso viene abusata con i kebab e che però rilascia troppi liquidi. Un'altra perla è stato l'olio al peperoncino saporito e di produzione propria. Riguardo il personale: caposala simpatica e sempre presente (cosa non scontata dato che c'ero solo io in sala e spesso meno gente c'è e più si è trascurati), un'altra cameriera carina, disponibile e cordiale mi ha stampato uno scontrino regolare (altra banalità che spesso sfugge anche ai locali più rinomati) mostrandomi anche la possibilità di consegna a domicilio. Insomma, che siate nei dintorni o meno, è una pizzeria che vale la pena provare a 360 gradi. Super consigliata e devo ammettere che tornerò sicuramente.
