A very good atmosphere, we wanted a traditional pizzeria and this has been a success. The pizzas are spectacular, the Baffetto highly recommended. The drinks were very cold, which doesn't happen everywhere. The price is very good. I would return without hesitation.

La mia prima volta da Baffetto è stata nel 2008, e da allora ci torno spesso quando vengo a Roma. Lo consiglio agli amanti della pizza sottile, e dei piatti semplici (ottime le bruschette), e degli ambienti informali. Il locale non accetta prenotazioni, per cui venite presto, o rassegnatevi a fare la fila, che fa parte dell'esperienza. Una menzione particolare per il personale, che si fa in quattro e si destreggia in spazi veramente ridotti.

Do you want a pizza in the center (it costs noon especially to find pizza) of good quality and in a well-known place with a name? It's your place. It aims to be an authentic Italian place, and it almost succeeds. Very dry service, sometimes despotic (it seems like they laugh at you), which only elicits a minimal conversation and a smile when they bring the bill and ask for a tip (yes, they do it and it almost always works). Fast pizza in a traditional establishment, without further ado. If that's what you're looking for, that's fine. You know what you're going for. That helped us.

Tuvimos que esperar de 20 a 30 minutos incluso después de la reserva. Nos temíamos no conseguir la mesa ya que cierran a las 3 : 30 pm antes de abrir de nuevo por la noche. Te digo que valió la pena esperar. Pedimos diferentes tipos de pizzas y todas se habían ido tan pronto como llegaron. Saca tiempo para disfrutar de este lugar.
