Really good pizza, they are very thin and almost reminiscent of Turkish lahmacun.
Good taste.
Cozy little place on the corner of a side street, but a lot of traffic and noise from passersby.
Only criticism was their waiter who was too chaotic, put people's orders on other people's tables several times, no system.

I don't really like pizza so I just didn't care
But other people said it was delicious
Very good pizza, but why the upstairs room was completely empty is not known, if they do not accept reservations because there were no people upstairs remains a mystery?
1 hour queue to get in and in front of us there were only 5 couples of 2 and there were 2 of us! They did not want to do take-away pizzas, absurd not to tell those in line that the service was slow because the upstairs room was empty!!! high price, recommended yes and no

It was recommended by friends who were there, and it was confirmed by locals that we just meet as a place with the best pizza and they weren’t laying. Crispy dough, fresh ingredients… the location is very nice. And if you are lucky then you will get a table fast as we (actually we were there 10 minutes before opening)… all and all a must visit place while in Rome.

Ya lo probamos en otro viaje a Roma y queríamos llevar al resto de la familia. No ha cambiado, jaleo, camareros muy simpáticos y pizzas buenísimas y de buen tamaño por un buen precio.

La mia prima volta da Baffetto è stata nel 2008, e da allora ci torno spesso quando vengo a Roma.
Lo consiglio agli amanti della pizza sottile, e dei piatti semplici (ottime le bruschette), e degli ambienti informali. Il locale non accetta prenotazioni, per cui venite presto, o rassegnatevi a fare la fila, che fa parte dell'esperienza.
Una menzione particolare per il personale, che si fa in quattro e si destreggia in spazi veramente ridotti.
