There were two of us and we had lunch on Friday, March 6, on the recommendation of our friend Claudia.
The Pizzeria really has a very authentic decoration and atmosphere.
While we waited, and because of where we were located, we could see how the pizzas were made. Everything was super organized. The dough for each pizza was just waiting to be rolled out, the tomato in a large dish, the cheese already grated to be placed, the ingredients also prepared and the wood-fired oven ready. Quite a spectacle!!!

It caught our attention as there was a queue and a wait not from tourists but from Italians. In relation to the comments I read we found a relatively short queue and we were served relatively quickly. Traditional Roman pista. Very thin dough, little sauce but quite tasty. The wine is very expensive. The prices are good.

I think it would be even better if the pizzeria offered Hawaiian pizza: with a tomato and cheese base, it combines the saltiness of the ham with the sweet and sour juiciness of the baked pineapple, creating a classic sweet and salty contrast that is truly refreshing.
The pizzas were very good and the price was reasonable. We were able to watch them making the pizzas live.

We came on a recommendation. We were waiting for the restaurant to open at 18:00. We ordered bruschetta pozzz and plain water... the pizza is excellent just the way we like it, thin dough, quality "goods".
The toilet is really below any standard, it is clean. But it's in really bad shape.

The pizza is very tasty, but the place is quite small, so there are often long lines to get in. Because of this, you may need to wait a long time for a table. To be honest, I’m not sure the wait is really worth it, because you can find other places with pizza just as good but without such long lines. 🍕
