Absolutely Satisfied. I bought pizzas and paposce, with home delivery in a somewhat internal and difficult to find place (Scialara district), punctual delivery with products still steaming. Very good pizza and the same for the paposcia, fair price. Staff also helpful and friendly. I absolutely recommend it.

Simple place, with tables outside, ideal for a lunch break in the shade! Good daddies, honest prices.

Good experience. Kind owners, good quality paposcia, although in my opinion they used stretched curd instead of mozzarella.

I had twice super delicious paposce with octopus. Crunchy, fresh paposce with perfectly seasoned octopus. Highly recommended.

For a quick snack (or a meal on the road) Carpe diem is not to be missed. I have eaten (several times) delicious "paposce" from Vieste (a sort of piadina stuffed with pizza-like dough). The shop is in the center, but the owner delivers them (even) "to your home" (or rather, under the umbrella) after ringing his cell phone, punctually and with perfect packaging. As an example for many other venues. Luigi and Francesca (from the "paposce forever" movement).

Per uno spuntino veloce (o un pasto on the road) Carpe diem è da non perdere. Ho mangiato (più volte) squisite "paposce" viestane (una sorta di piada farcita con la pasta tipo pizza). Il negozio è in pieno centro, ma il titolare le consegna (addirittura) "a domicilio" (o meglio, sotto l'ombrellone) previo squillo al suo cellulare, con puntualità ed un confezionamento perfetto. Da esempio per molti altri locali. Luigi e Francesca (del movimento "paposce forever").

Excellent and varied food....very helpful staff...we are not local...but we have decided to return as soon as possible and I assure you that we are good foodies!!!! Well done Luigi....Antonio and company....you fully deserve 5 stars
