Pizzeria Cotta E Mangiata In Roma

Having grown up with the smell of chicken and pizza in my home since 1998 doesn't deter me from reviewing it. If a pizzeria is good, it's good!!! ☺️ So... If you're looking for a good and affordable pizza by the slice, "cotta e mangiata" has it all. Add impeccable service and a family atmosphere, and it will become your go-to pizzeria in Piazza Filattiera!!! I highly recommend the filotto di pane, fragrant and delicious like in a bakery. The pizza bianca is equally good, as good as from a grocery store. Finally, the round takeout pizzas are absolutely worth it: delicious, not heavy, and reasonably priced. So, since I've been following it for many years, if you've never been, go, just to enjoy the smile and sensitivity, the atmosphere full of kindness and human warmth that the owner Silvia manages to convey to her customers. Rating from one to five? Five and a half!!!

A small pizzeria by the slice, but with excellent pizza—light, fragrant, and easy to digest. I also recommend their excellent bread, which has an exceptional shelf life. The place only offers pizza for purchase and two small outdoor tables, but overall it's worth it.
