A word of advice: offer home delivery, like the competition, perhaps with a minimum spend of €10. Increase your advertising on social media and create a more attractive outside location to attract more customers. Fried foods, desserts, and pizza are delicious, authentic, and easy to digest. A quiet, clean place, run by a family-run Italian family with a heart for their business. Friendly staff and fast service. You can dine in or reserve tables and food by phone. There's a large parking lot. They also do express pasta dishes.

Pizzeria Ai Colli d'Oro isn't just an excellent pizzeria with many different types of pizza, made on a good crust—not too thick, but well-leavened. It also offers many interesting first and second courses, parmigiana, and constantly changing dishes ready on the pizza counter. They also prepare hot dishes on the spot. I love the seafood first courses, which are spectacular; the meat and vegetables are also good. They almost always have homemade desserts. The atmosphere is family-friendly. It's comfortable both inside and out, although I prefer sitting outside under the holm oak trees. Prices are in line with other pizza-by-the-slice places, but even if you spend a euro more, it's well worth it. The management is genuine, run by a typical Roman family who makes you feel at home during the busy day. They also offer evening service. The owner's little granddaughter is beautiful and makes you feel even more at home.

Not to mention the pizza.
Crostini with very thinly sliced cooked ham that, with cooking, roasts to perfection.
Margherita with out of this world tomato sauce.
Never tried better pizza.
