Good but not special panzerotti especially small in size, I didn't like that I was blocked at the entrance by a little girl to enter and wait for someone to come out.. It reminds me of the times of Covid where people entered in stages.. I don't think I'll go there more

Ignazio, the patron of this renowned and historic place in Bisceglie, on one of the sides of the city's municipal villa. A small industry for the palate, with an organization, cleanliness and hygiene of the place and of the food, a courtesy and speed of execution of the pizzas that are not found elsewhere. Open every day except (I think) Wednesdays. Pizzeria Centrale's pizza can also be enjoyed outside, on the open space in front of the entrance, on the pavement surrounded by hedges. Inside there are just two tables, there is no possibility of seating for 'large' groups. It's a mostly takeout place on weekdays; instead of Saturday and Sunday, especially in summer, it is always full of people. And where there is a full house, there is a reason: quality, courtesy, goodness of the food, speed, varied mix of panzerotti, pizzas, beers, fried foods. Congratulations to Ignazio, who was able to resist even the much feared COVID period. Congratulations to all your staff, competent and smiling. It also makes home deliveries, just so the customer doesn't miss anything...☺️

If you are looking for a mouth-watering pizza or panzerotto in Bisceglie, Pizzeria Centro is the right place. It is in a central, convenient area, and although it is always full of people, the service is fast. The panzerotti, both fried and baked, are a real treat, and the French bread is one of the best in the city. Also excellent for those who prefer a quick meal, to take away or on the tables outside. Fair prices and friendly staff.
