One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. A unique dough! Quality ingredients. Reasonable prices... the marinara is 6 euros! Highly recommended.

Good pizza but I would like to remind the lady that it is not the shopkeeper who decides how I have to pay!!! I had 5 pizzas from three different people and they wanted me to make just one receipt paying by card, replying that I would do the math between us!!! The customer decides how to pay!!!! Today you can even pay for a coffee with a card, get updated! The receipt had not been issued, it doesn't teach me anything, it's my job!!!! I know very well how it works, I warned that the payment would be made from three different accounts and I was told that I would have to do the math at home between us!!!! I don't need any venting, unlike your staff who need to be a little more prepared in their relationship with the customer!! Good continuation

Finally, a pizzeria where they take FLOUR into consideration first and foremost—not the toxic and gut-destructive 00 type—they use a beautiful stone-ground type 1 flour, leavened at the right time with sourdough starter. Served quickly, NOT BURNED on the top or bottom, NOT thin as a wafer or excessively thick, and with perfect air pockets. The ingredients chosen for the toppings are high-quality, many Slow Food Presidia, all well combined... and then the oil... on the table you'll find excellent oil from local producers, you can choose it based on the pizza, and that's truly extraordinary! In short, a BIODIVERSE pizza worth trying, one you won't forget and that makes you want to eat more due to its digestibility... well done Andrea! Keep up the good work...
