One of the best pizzas I've eaten, light dough and refined, quality raw materials, the variety of pizzas (from classic to special) makes you always come back to try a new one... And to finish, the calzone with cream of Sublime hazelnut... Excellent choice of beers. Nice and friendly staff. Everything perfect! Well done

Good pizza. Friendly and helpful staff. The only flaw: the waiting times, a little too long (perhaps only on Saturdays). Low prices.

It's the details that make the difference. And here the details are taken care of with meticulous love. The choice and selection of ingredients, the care and research in pairing flavors make this an unforgettable experience. And then the selection of oils, wines and beers! Of all the Beba pizza paired with the wine of the same name is absolutely unmissable! The service is friendly and attentive. The Pizzeria of the heart, where you can feel at home every time and be amazed every time as if it were the first!

09/09/2024: You arrive in a place, "coincidentally" known by a friend who lives not far away, you see it from the outside. Those places that a functional illiterate would never enter (and thank goodness), but which immediately takes you well. Apparently a small house in the beautiful Tuscan suburbs. Inside a mix of modernity and spartan but highly refined taste. A menu with few proposals, better with the "right proposals" (be wary of menus with over 20/30 dishes!) of fusion dishes (I hate using this word, I can't think of another term at the moment...).. here's contamination of "traditional" raw materials (ravioli, rice, etc.) with exotic, especially oriental products. NB: the chef is Tuscan. I don't like butter, but they bring us an exceptional butter with wasabi. And a petit entré of fried cecina with caviar and lemon. As an appetizer... well they are delicious. I won't add anything else. Go there. Ps: recommended by someone who owns a restaurant. Ps2: I forgot. Food must excite. And here I get emotional

20/12/2024: Di passaggio, sosta per un pranzo veloce. Locale pienissimo di lavoratori, buon segno ma il timore di finire "dimenticati" al tavolo ammetto ci è venuta, invece è andato tutto super bene. Veniamo fatti sedere e in pochissimi minuti ci viene fornito il menù, spartano su un foglio di carta fotocopiato ma per un pranzo a menù fisso è esattamente quello che ci si aspetta. Dall'ordine i piatti sul tavolo il tempo è stato brevissimo, la cortesia tanta. Porzioni generose sia per il primo che per il secondo, e a giudicare dagli altri tavoli abbiamo fatto bene a non optare per l'opzione "abbondante", disponibile per ogni piatto, perché non saremo riusciti a finire il tutto. Primi saporiti e pasta cotta al dente e condita il giusto, secondi semplici ma tutt'altro che deludenti. Patatine fritte bene, e nuovamente confrontando alle pietanze sui tavoli vicini pare che a friggere siano davvero bravi. 12 euro a testa per uscire soddisfatti e con la pancia piena, 1 euro in più per un caffè, buono pure quello (e non è scontato). Per le prossime trasferte abbiamo un punto di riferimento insomma. Dimenticavo: non vedevo bagno così puliti in un esercizio pubblico in Italia da parecchio tempo. Bravi davvero!
