During one of my many trips to Sardinia (this bike tour) I stopped to sleep in a B&B in Guspini. I wanted pizza but the pizzerias were all full and didn't even have room for me as I was alone so I fell back on Mirko's Capriccio pizzeria... Since then, when I pass by Guspini or in any case nearby, I go to fill up on pizza from him!!! I have NEVER eaten such good pizza by the slice!!! Mirko is humble and very kind and his pizzas are amazing!!! Highly recommended!!!

The scent alone, which you can smell as soon as the pan comes out of the oven, makes you understand how delicious Mirko's pizza by the slice is. Crispy with generous toppings.

11/12/2024: I was here with my wife and 2 children, Mrs. Francesca was friendly and helpful even if we arrived late, typical hotel with traditional Sardinian furnishings, spacious, warm and clean room, excellent breakfast, all very positive.
16/11/2024: It's the restaurant where I had my wedding dinner and I always come back with pleasure, not as much as I would like. There are few good pizzas like this around: crunchy, well seasoned and digestible. The place is beautiful and well looked after and all the staff deserve 5 stars. Francesca is an excellent hostess. I promise to return as soon as possible.

01/12/2024: The 5 stars say it all, or almost. I would like to say that my daughters hate polenta but last Sunday they devoured it. I would love to have the recipe, although I'm sure I wouldn't be able to replicate it.
24/11/2024: We celebrated my daughter's confirmation, good and plentiful food, but what I would like to share most is the honesty of the owner and certainly of the waiters in the room, my daughter forgot a gift bag containing money on the table, which among so many we would surely have missed other gifts, just ten minutes after we left I received the message from the restaurant manager!! Thank you Thank you
