During one of my many trips to Sardinia (this time by bike) I stopped to sleep in a B&B in Guspini. I wanted pizza but the pizzerias were all full and didn't even have room for me since I was alone so I settled for Mirko's Capriccio pizzeria... Since then, when I pass through Guspini or somewhere nearby, I go to fill up on pizza at his place!!! I have NEVER eaten such a good pizza by the slice!!! Mirko is humble and very kind and his pizzas are amazing!!! Highly recommended!!!

The scent alone, which you can smell as soon as the pan comes out of the oven, makes you understand how delicious Mirko's pizza by the slice is. Crispy with generous toppings.
