Pizza ottima, alta il giusto e bello il cornicione. Ottima materia prima. Cheesecake all'arancia da battere la testa nel muro e porzione abbondantissima che basta per due persone. Aumenterei la selezione delle birre. Prezzi lievemente al di sopra della media ma siamo pur sempre nella piazza principale di Fiesole. Location molto carina e pulita. Forno a vista di sicuro impatto visivo. Personale gentile. Consiglio vivamente.

This was the first meal after we landed, rented a car, and drove to Fiesole. We met out hosts at our villa, then proceeded to backtrack the windy roads for a few glasses of wine and delicious pizza! Beautiful scenery Everywhere!

In addition to being a very nice place and in a beautiful location in the square of beautiful Fiesole, the pizza is really delicious with fresh, quality ingredients, Giancarlo is the top! Also recommended for the desserts they make and a nice aperitif!

Siamo arrivati su questo locale su consiglio di gente del posto. Locale con pochi posti a sedere quindi consiglio la prenotazione. Le pizze veramente molto buone con ingredienti di ottima qualità. Personale molto gentile e cordiale. Di eccellente fattura anche i dolci fatti in casa. Vale la pena passare per Fiesole per delle pizze veramente di qualità

Delicious pizza, one of the best we’ve had in Italy! The lady who I assume is the owner was very welcoming and nice. The youger lady was not very friendly.

09/12/2024: I will go to Rome by train in the evening. Traveling is an ancestral sport for us. I immediately made a +2 update on my croissant shopping this morning. But instead of buying from the same place, I tasted as many croissants as possible in Florence. I bought a chocolate croissant for 1.30€. It has little filling but the taste 🫠 was similar to Master Gepetto, the uncle I bought it from, or maybe my mind is wandering in a fairy tale world. He came in and did something to my croissant, but I didn't understand. Thank you, if you go, stop by. Buy it from here and pray for me too 😅
26/11/2024: Historic bakery in the center of Florence, a huge choice of both sweet and savory products, all always very good. The pizzas are very good, the desserts are delicious, there is also the possibility of having a coffee from the machine and having breakfast. Great stop!
