This place is great. I’ve eaten at many Florentine pizza places over the last 20 years and this one is very high on my list. The sublime beauty of Fiesole and the nice people make this a great spot.

I read some reviews that say the dough is gummy, on the contrary I found the pizza very good. I'm also not one for Neapolitan pizza, but this was really good, crunchy and moist, you could hold the slice in your hand and it melted in your mouth. The seasoning was also good, I took the explosive (with nduja) and it didn't make me thirsty.

Pizza ottima, alta il giusto e bello il cornicione. Ottima materia prima. Cheesecake all'arancia da battere la testa nel muro e porzione abbondantissima che basta per due persone. Aumenterei la selezione delle birre. Prezzi lievemente al di sopra della media ma siamo pur sempre nella piazza principale di Fiesole. Location molto carina e pulita. Forno a vista di sicuro impatto visivo. Personale gentile. Consiglio vivamente.

Ho preso una pizza con impasto normale, ottima. Sottile ma consistente, condimento molto buono. Tiramisù eccezionale. Il posto è piccolino ma molto accogliente e raffinato. Servizio cortese e discreto.

07/06/2025: I have been coming to this ice cream shop for years, it has always been my favorite in the area for the quality of the ice cream, truly excellent. Unfortunately, however, this time some things left me perplexed. I took a take-away tub and spent €15, but I was not told the weight of the ice cream, nor shown the scale (which was not visible), and the receipt was missing both the price per kg and the actual weight. It would be more transparent if this data was always communicated. Also, after such an expense, a couple of wafers included would have been a welcome gesture. It remains an excellent ice cream shop, but these details can be improved.

15/07/2025: We couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate our daughter's baptism. The staff were incredibly kind, the service impeccable, and the food was plentiful and high-quality (our guests were extremely satisfied, including those with celiac disease, who were truly pampered). The place was simply enchanting. Desi was a true hostess, always available to accommodate every request. Highly recommended!!!
10/07/2025: A place like something out of the best Tuscan movies, perched on a hill with stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. 🥰 Perfect location, the most beautiful cities you must see, such as San Gimignano, Siena, Pistoia, and Voltera, are all within an hour and a half drive. The Leonardo da Vinci Museum is right next door. The nearest shop is a 5-minute drive. We highly recommend the Tuesday pizza party. 🤤😁 We got a beautiful, spacious two-bedroom apartment with excellent internet and air conditioning. We really want to go back. 👌❤️
