Pizzeria Bonaiuti In Pontassieve

I've been going to this pizzeria for years and really appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the unsurpassed kindness of the staff. I do have a point, though. After the summer, I returned and found the pita bread significantly smaller and the pizza dough different. I used to appreciate the fact that it had a Neapolitan-style crust, so it wasn't too thin; now it's thin and crustless. I hope it's just a temporary change in their internal organization, because for me, it's my go-to.

We stopped by chance and ordered three delicious pizzas. Highly recommended

Excellent dishes, both the pizza and the first course were really tasty. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, helping to make the experience pleasant. The only sore point: the mosquitoes in the outdoor area forced us to give up dessert. A shame, because we would have gladly stayed longer.
