Excellent gluten-free pizzeria and deli, a must-visit for anyone looking to eat in Vieste.

I went there twice during my vacation, and I would have gone again if my vacation hadn't ended ☺️ I want to write a review because I had a great time, and so did the 11 other people who came with me. Food: I recommended their paposcia to everyone, knowing it well, and obviously everyone was satisfied, even the celiac person with us, because the restaurant is AIC certified, which isn't a given in a vacation spot. Knowing it's a place you can rely on culinary expertise is something that gave us peace of mind. I also recommend the gluten-free option, as I mentioned. Service: There was a small misunderstanding between us and the service staff, but what made me most happy was that they acknowledged the mistake and made amends. I had the dish they had already cooked added to my bill, which would have gone in the garbage, but their kindness was evident when paying. I noticed the small credit they applied, and we were very pleased. Atmosphere: As I mentioned, there were 12 of us with 5 strollers, and although the place is small, they thoughtfully seated us outside, making it easier for both us and the other tables to enjoy dinner. Price: I was really surprised by the price. Being a tourist spot, I expected much more, but it was within the norm, especially considering the quality of the products. In one word: PERFECT!! Thank you ❤️

Today for lunch I ate at this pizzeria. The pizza chef made me the pizza I wanted with extra ingredients. I took the 4 cheese and tomato pizza. It was good, light and with fresh products. The staff is kind, compliments. I recommend you try it.

My family and I stopped in for a quick lunch. The welcome was very friendly and the service was prompt. The gluten-free paposcia was truly amazing!

Big Boy's paposcia is undoubtedly the best in Vieste. I've been trying the pizza for two nights now. The caciocavallo is wonderful, but the Giallo Divino is the best pizza I've ever eaten!! The ingredients are top-notch. The very kind staff is always available, excellent value for money.

The owners are friendly, helpful, and approachable. They welcome you with warmth and professionalism in a casual yet refined atmosphere. Dining out, in particular, allows you to enjoy a strategic location, private yet just steps from the heart of Vieste. Their PAPOSCE AND PIZZAS are STRE PI TO SE!!! EXCELLENT dough, exquisite yet easy to digest, and the toppings...DIVINE! Like the DIVINA GIALLA, a pizza with YELLOW DATTERINI TOMATOES, GLAZED ONIONS, and VIN COTTATO DI FICHI...which gives you an UNFORGETTABLE experience. A MUST-TRY. SO IN CONCLUSION I recommend it and you won't regret it. Family-run business is the SURPLUS.

Excellent pizza to be enjoyed in a characteristic alley

A traditional restaurant near the center of Vieste. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. We ordered a pizza and a paposcia, both of which were delicious and crispy. The paposcia was identical to the gluten-free version in terms of crispiness and size. The option of eating outside along the alleyway overlooking the restaurant was also lovely, although we preferred to have lunch inside in the air-conditioned restaurant.

Great place, welcoming, good pizzas, and short waits. Highly recommended.

This place is located on a small side street near the center of Vieste. The Neapolitan-style pizza is very good. The service is a bit hit and miss; they forgot to bring the drinks when the fries were already arriving. They made me drink the craft beer in a glass of water 🤔, and the service was a bit slow.
