Everything was delicious: both the gluten-free pizza with fresh dough and the gluten-free paposcia were truly top-notch. Friendly staff. We'll be back when we're in Vieste again to try the gluten-free paposcia.

The best pizza in the city. Forno a legna. Reasonable price and super friendly staff. The owner also the chef has a professional diploma of pizza making. Highly recommended. Four seasons pizza is the best. A MUST VISIT IN VIESTE !

We went to this pizzeria on the recommendation of a local lady... we were right to trust her! The place is renovated, the staff is very friendly, and above all, the quantity and quality of the food is exceptional. We chose two paposcie; the dough was crumbly and light, the cured meats and cheeses were truly delicate and flavorful... in short, everything was truly 5-star! It's worth a visit; since Vieste is a very touristy town, it's easy to stumble upon poor quality places. If you don't want to be ripped off, I recommend Big Boy Pizzeria!

I went for dinner on Friday evening and really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and the variety of pizzas offered. All the pizzas were available with gluten-free dough for celiacs, which I, a celiac, really appreciated! Unlike many places, this dough is made in-house and is therefore very good, flavorful, and easy to digest. They also offer a lactose-free mozzarella option for those with lactose intolerances. Definitely worth returning for! 🤩

We went for pizza on Friday evening. The service and waiters were very friendly and helpful, and they also had an excellent selection for those with intolerances: they can make all pizzas gluten-free and offer lactose-free mozzarella. As for the regular pizzas, they were good, but some were a bit heavy. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we'll definitely be back ♥️

We ate a paposcia, which was scary because of its size...it ran out between our teeth, delicious. The bathrooms were clean, the location comfortable, and the staff friendly. I recommend it.

27/03/2026: Osteria del grano arso is an incredible choice in Foggia. The orecchiette pugliese di grano arso, the papardelle aI funghi freschi and the pasta fresca alle verdure o legumi keep the best flavour of the most authentic Italian cuisine. Besides, their tiramisú is the best we have ever tasted. Its smoothness fascinated us. In the background the owner playing the Spanish guitar delighted us. This osteria is a must in Foggia!!

The pizza dough is light and highly digestible. An added bonus is the owner, Fernando, who is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. He knows how to welcome customers with a smile and make them feel at home, creating a pleasant, family-like atmosphere. A place where quality, hospitality, and passion for their work come together. Highly recommended!! And remember, pizza is eaten ONLY WITH YOUR HANDS!!!! 😄😄

The real strength of this place, besides the extraordinary food, is the people. The owner, Fernando, and his pizza chef are two exquisite souls, with a kindness and humility from times gone by. They always welcome you with a smile and have a care for their customers that is rare nowadays. But beyond being wonderful people, they are true professionals in the industry: they are incredibly good at their job. The dough is incredibly light, digestible, and cooked to perfection, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh and masterfully combined. Let's face it: there are many pizzerias in Foggia, but very few like Fernando. You don't just go here for pizza, you go to visit friends who know how to pamper you and give you an exceptional culinary experience.
