Pizzeria Big Boy In Vieste

Looking for dinner on a Monday in October is not always easy but we stumbled into Big Boy and enjoyed ourselves. Pizza was good, I enjoyed the Garganica and my wife the Pugliese. Both with good crust and toppings. Made by the Pizzaiolo in house so good pizza made correctly. We finished with the Paposceria with Nutella and pistachio. Wonder dessert. We ate well here.

This pizzeria is located in a small alley in the center. You can eat outside in the alley in the summer, and it's quiet. The service was fast. They were very kind, even on the phone when we booked. The prices are fair. The pizza is good, both the regular and the gluten-free ones. I think it's the best in Vieste. They also have paposcia, but we'll try that next time 😊

The experience was a bit chaotic, we ordered pizza, the paposca arrived, it started to rain, tables were moved under the awning while you were eating, the pizza was decent.

We visited Big Boy three times during our stay in Vieste. I should point out that I'm allergic to wheat and milk proteins. For those with celiac disease, wheat intolerances, or allergies, everything is prepared in a separate kitchen to avoid any type of contamination. Furthermore, the owner allowed me to bring my own gluten-free vegan cheese. Both my boyfriend (who has no allergies) and I ate paposcie made with quality products and a very good dough. Considering that I'm very sensitive to traces of the allergens described above, I can say I never had any symptoms, which speaks volumes about their professionalism. Just one piece of advice: with advance notice, it would be nice to have the option of offering gluten-free vegan cheese for those with milk protein allergies, of which, unfortunately, there are many. The two owners were very helpful and kind. Thank you very much, see you next time!

Rispetto alla pizzeria affianco che millanta il senza glutine, loro lo fanno davvero, e fanno anche le paposcie, qualità degli ingredienti ottima sia per Celiaci sia per chi non ha intolleranze, il forno a legna si sente eccome sul sapore ! Consigliatissimo
