We booked two hours before dinner on a public holiday and they found us a table. We ordered typical Aosta Valley dishes (an appetizer, two main courses), a half-board of wine, and dessert, and spent €60 for two. The dishes were tasty and plentiful. The service was quick, though a bit chaotic. The setting is semi-modern, with a grocery-style entrance where you can also buy local products to take away (e.g., chestnuts in alcohol, genepy, etc.). Excellent value for money! Recommended if you're in the area.

I was here for my anniversary dinner, and what can I say, it was simply wonderful!
A typical mountain atmosphere, the extremely knowledgeable staff were able to answer all our questions about the wines, and the food was simply delicious!
Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again!

This traditional trattoria offers a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, where you immediately feel at home. The ambiance is simple yet refined, with rustic details that reflect local tradition.
The dishes are authentic and well-prepared, from mountain soups to polenta concia (a type of polenta stew) to homemade desserts. The portions are generous and the flavor is authentic, just like in times gone by. The service is courteous and welcoming, perfect for those seeking a quiet, unfussy break.
The gnocchi fondue e mocetta (a type of gnocchi with fondue, mocetta, and messata e salignoun, a type of meat flavored with herbs and citrus fruits and herbed Valdostana ricotta) deserve special mention.
The price-quality ratio is also excellent, decidedly fair considering the quality of the ingredients and the generous portions. A trattoria worth trying and one you'll definitely want to return to.

The rooms are small and a bit crowded.
Fondue, crostini, and polenta reign supreme.
The waiters and waitresses are dressed in traditional attire.
