I recently went to Trattoria da Beppe in Morgex and the experience was overall positive, even if there were some details that needed improvement. The environment is simple and easy-going, perfect for those looking for a place without too many frills. The only real flaw: the cold light in the room, really too strong, almost blinding, which takes away a bit of warmth from the atmosphere. The welcome was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. The service also proved to be up to par: right times, smiles and attention to the customer. The menu offers a wide choice of typical dishes from the area, so if you are a lover of Aosta Valley cuisine here you will find various interesting proposals. As for the quality of the dishes, we are average. The flavors are good but you can sense that some ingredients are not the best, and it's a shame because with a little more attention to the raw material, the result could be very different. Having said that, since it is a restaurant with reasonable prices, it can be accepted. In summary: a simple and honest place, perfect for an unpretentious break, with local dishes and a warm welcome.

I had dinner here and personally I ate very well, typical food and exact portions. Delicious cutting board and tanning polenta! Very nice owner!

Very nice and welcoming place, with the classic warm, family mountain restaurant feel. The staff is very kind and helpful, immediately ready to replace a dish I ordered which, unfortunately, did not meet my tastes. The food offered was excellent and the meat felt fresh and cooked well. A half that I would recommend for anyone who goes on an excursion or a pleasure trip.

Locale nel centro di Morgex, con arredo carino e luminoso, il menù prevede piatti tipici locali ben presentati e di qualità, il prezzo è nella media, il personale è disponibile e attento.

Ieri sera siamo stati a cena presso questa simpatica trattoria situata nel centro del paese di Morgex. Propone piatti della tradizione valdostana serviti in un ambiente piccolo ma accogliente. Dopo aver scelto il vino (un Blanc de Morgex et La Salle 2023 della Cave du Mont Blanc), abbiamo iniziato con dei gnocchi con fontina e mocetta, buonissimi, e dei gnocchi alla fonduta di Bleu d'Aoste e noci, altrettanto gustosi. Abbiamo poi proseguito con una sostanziosa e saporita cotoletta alla valdostana e una zuppa di cipolle. Un'acqua e due caffè, per un conto finale di 81,50 Euro in due, da ritenersi assolutamente corretto. Locale consigliato, se ricapiteremo da quelle parti torneremo di sicuro!
