In the dining room, young but well-prepared guys. Just look at the professionalism in uncorking and serving wines (something not everyone does). The menu is extensive, with high Aosta Valley typicality. Prices absolutely in line with the quality and quantity offered. Don't be fooled by the rustic appearance of the place: the quality of the dishes and service are of a high level. From today it becomes a fixed point.

Trattoria neither good nor bad, there are worse places for sure, but as far as my experience goes, I can say that you can find better. Overall, satisfactory quality-price ratio.

Ieri sera siamo stati a cena presso questa simpatica trattoria situata nel centro del paese di Morgex. Propone piatti della tradizione valdostana serviti in un ambiente piccolo ma accogliente. Dopo aver scelto il vino (un Blanc de Morgex et La Salle 2023 della Cave du Mont Blanc), abbiamo iniziato con dei gnocchi con fontina e mocetta, buonissimi, e dei gnocchi alla fonduta di Bleu d'Aoste e noci, altrettanto gustosi. Abbiamo poi proseguito con una sostanziosa e saporita cotoletta alla valdostana e una zuppa di cipolle. Un'acqua e due caffè, per un conto finale di 81,50 Euro in due, da ritenersi assolutamente corretto. Locale consigliato, se ricapiteremo da quelle parti torneremo di sicuro!

01/04/2025: Nous y sommes allés 2 jours de suite! Accueil très sympathique et nourriture excellente. La polenta gratinée aux cèpes était excellente. Même choses pour les lasagnes blanches aux cèpes et truffes et les penne arrabiata. Portions généreuses et prix plus que corrects. Très bons vins blanc et rouge du Val d’Aoste. Réservation recommandée en haute saison.
23/02/2025: Non puoi non fermarti per fare una pausa in questo magnifico chialet di montagna tra le piste che offre un connubio tra una magnifica vista e un cibo valdostano di ottima qualita !

11/03/2025: Ideal for a group of mountaineers on winter hikes. Super clean, comfortable rooms, and very generous meals featuring a variety of Aosta Valley specialties. A warm, attentive, and helpful welcome (in French) at all times. Bravo, thank you.
