I was in this historic but very young Pizzeria in the historic center of Ascoli Piceno last Sunday evening. Serene environment because all the waiters, cashiers and pizza chefs at the two characteristic wood-fired ovens in the mighty walls are jovial and serene. The beautiful list of cuisine and pizzerias has the top among the specials. I chose an exquisite Pata Negra, white. I haven't remembered such good, cooked, genuine pizza, with quality ingredients, in a lifetime. Above all I liked the youthful and kind air of the staff.
