I visited this small yet deeply meaningful place, run with passion and dedication by owners in their seventies who represent a rare example of commitment and love for their work. I enjoyed handmade tagliatelle served with a meat ragù of extraordinary quality, so delicious that it is truly hard to put into words. I give the highest rating because I strongly believe that places like this deserve to be supported and preserved. I especially appreciated the fact that it is the only place open in Cascia, serving both local residents and the many pilgrims who visit the town. Went there on a sunday. The lady is very nice and welcoming, i guess it is a familt place They have a variety of pizzas pasta and local desserts We ordered the proscuitta and another one with trufffles and we had a small simple salad It is veryyy very delicious and the pizza dough is very unique Very fair price . Recommended when in Cascia And they have a nice outdoor seating on the street

I was very pleased with the Da Oriano pizzeria and trattoria in Cascia. The food is excellent, freshly prepared, with a homemade flavor that shines through in every dish. The portions are generous, and you can taste the authenticity of the ingredients. I ate very well and spent quite little: a truly rare quality-price ratio. I loved it and will definitely return next time! Highly recommended!

I tried the pizza and recommend the one with Cascia sausage and mushrooms. Delicious. The pizza is reminiscent of thin-crust homemade pizza, and the dough is very good. The traditional homemade biscuits are delicious and light. Welcoming and simple, it's nice to go somewhere where you feel like a local rather than a tourist!
